Cuando tengamos la consistencia deseada vamos a meter la masa en una bolsa tratando de evitar burbujas de aire y colocamos en la nevera por 24 horas para que se asienten los ingredientes y este lista para utilizar.

Una vez terminado el proceso de las 24 horas ya la masa está un poco más firme y lista para utilizar.

Con pinturas en óleo o pinturas al frío vamos a dar color a una pare de la masa para empezar a realizar nuestra fruta del diablo, el cual es de un color morado con un tallo color marrón claro.

Realizamos la mezcla de azul y rojo con un toque de blanco para un morado un poco más claro, ya que yo no tenía color morado directamente.

Y con una pelota comenzamos a cubrirla con cinta para que se pueda unificar todo y dejarlo lo más liso posible como se aprecian en las fotos.

Luego con otra parte de la masa vamos a realizar estos cilindros de color morado para poder enrollarlos y hacer la cubierta de la fruta.

En esto tarde un poco cabe destacar que no es necesario echarle pegas o ningún otro ingrediente para unirlos solo colocarlos y ellos se unen.

De esta manera vamos a cubrir toda la pelota, no existe un patrón específico, pueden variar los tamaños.

Luego de haberlos cubierto por completo yo le eche pega no mucha para que no se vuelva tan blanda la masa y esperamos a que todo seque y se endurezca, esto puede durar un día completo.

Mientras eso seca vamos a realizar el tallo el cual con ayuda de unos cotonetes hacemos esta forma de T para guiarnos, recubrimos y damos formas de tallo.

Then, with another part of the dough, we will make these purple cylinders so we can roll them up and cover the fruit.

It takes a little while to do this. It should be noted that there is no need to add glue or any other ingredient to join them, just place them and they will join together.

This way we will cover the entire ball, there is no specific pattern, the sizes can vary.

After having covered them completely, I put in a little glue so that the dough doesn't become so soft and we wait for everything to dry and harden. This can last a whole day.

While that dries, we will make the stem. With the help of some cotton swabs, we make this T shape to guide us, cover it, and give it stem shapes.
