W44e2: Holiday Is Everyday

I miss them but I can't continue, my health was wrecking and I had to Stop.

Back To Business

The holidays are over, and we all have to return back to work or school. Many would wish the holidays would go on and on, and many are glad to get back to work. What side do you fall on? And tell us how you feel about returning to work.

A year ago, a few days before I resumed, I would be pale and feeling sick because rest was over and I would be running tirelessly for another 3 months nonstop.

Teaching children was quite a fun job and the babies for that matter. You get to laugh, play, and have a lot of fun. We sing, dance, eat and the next minute we are crying.

It looks easy but it's way far from easy because the ages of the kids I dealt with were quite tasking and delicate. Every day of your life, your goal and aim are how to make them right, read, and other basic learning skills.
But as we all know, a teaching job is one of the most underrated jobs in this country yet tasky. You get to report to duty as early as possible, work, nonstop, then get back home late and exhausted.

My input was much on the kids. I devoted my time, energy, and resources even with the peanut I got to make those kids learn. Most times I would stay for 8 hours, with no food, not because I didn't have it but because there was no time to eat it.

I was never harassed by a parent or got a complaint from my headteacher about ill conduct towards a pupil. My pay was always promised to be increased but it never did and the money couldn't do anything more important for me in a month with the ongoing inflation.

But here I am today, no more resumption fever, no more neck-breaking workload, no more 8 hours at work with little or no break at all. The holidays are not over

I am not lazy but out of everything I have always wanted is to be in control of my time. Spending 8 hours working for someone and getting peanuts in return is not fair at all.

I am now a boss on my own. I work from home and at my convenience yet I am far better than working a marathon for someone. Working for someone is not bad but let it be that you are valued and they know your worth by paying and treating you well.
Thanks to hive and other online jobs like content creation, affiliate marketing, social media monetization, and lots more.

I have come to like the online space a lot. I have been better off here on HIVE and I am driving at being better so that I can engage in jobs like content writing articles and social media monetization.

The fact that I work with my phone with no one harassing me shouldn't make me lazy, and unproductive and give my online job lackadaisical behavior.

The holiday is every day, I work from home and I am always feeling happy and have a lot of fun working.

Handling kids is not an easy job, when they are happy and playing it's fun but when they decide to cry for no reason you will hate the job.

It isn't an easy job to handle kids o especially babies they can frustrate someone like something else. And in all the employer won't pay a reasonable salary, it's painful. Thankfully you have gotten something that keeps you busy, so relax and earn your cash peacefully dear
