What positive fruits can sadness, worry, anxiety offer.?🤔

Have you ever thought of that before? In the midst of your deep thoughts, depression, lack of rest, mental stress have you ever gotten to a positive end. Of course there should be a light at the end of a tunnel but you see this particular tunnel has no end, it's infinite and it keeps on going and the end is doom.

I'll tell you I have been there For years but it only gets worse, your brain is smoking as well, completely worn out and needs a rest but I wasn't giving it.
I thought of a lot of things, the past. I thought of the present and the future as well.
I wished I could control time and resources to fix my future and a lot time I swim in fantasies for about 30mins to an hour then back to normal 😂. I would think of my education, what I could possibly be in future, how long it will take me to achieve my dreams when all the frames I thought I had were all wrecked. I was always complaining about this and that

There is a popular nigerian sentence that says " wahala (problem) e no de finish mek we try de enjoy". So I keyed into this, I totally agreed to this, I couldn't possibly solve all of life's mysteries, I just had to live it, navigate it, adjust it or myself probably to make it comfortable enough for me.
There are troubles everywhere, with people most especially, it's is really centered on our connection and relationship with people and if you are able to come of it you are totally good to go, that's one. A lot of things happen with people everyday that contribute daily to our mental stress, things like conflict, little misunderstandings, heartbreaks, betrayals, loss of a loved one.

So with all this happenings and your whole thought are buried in anguish, pains, worry there is still no hope for you my dear. I mean there is a saying that says in every dark clouds there's a silver lining or the other one that after the darkest hours there's always a dawn doesn't mean you be crippled by your sorrows.

There's no positivity coming from those actions, try it and see. Nothing good comes from it, it only drains and sucks you up and consumes you and your time everyday.
I tell you from experience, I was useless because I was being crippled and overwhelmed by my emotions that I never even notice the silver linings. It doesn't add anything to your life, it only makes you weak and frail, emmanciating, silent tears, heavy hearts

you just need to know that life doesn't get easier, it keeps getting tougher and that shouldn't scare you but build you. You could always get up like the tortoise after every crash, glue your shells together and keep moving. Yes your shell mustn't look all smooth, your life mustn't look all that porsche and tush. Most of the people we see making it have very rough shells, horrible ones at that.
There's is no peace and rest, you could start having nightmares because of what your brain has been occupied with.

So what are the fruits that sadness and depression bear?
They bear complete breakdown
mental exhaustion
stresss
It beclouds your mind and sense of proper reasoning
You age within a twinkle of an eye
weight loss& loss of appetite
And to crown it all it instills fear in you
fear of the unknown and thoughts of suicide may come around. If you die today the world won't pause or end, no one cares so you have to try and live.

It doesn't get better buh you have to get better, you just have to fix yourself, clean up and keep going. The energy you need is a positive one and it only happens when you love yourself. , appreciate your body, rest, treat your self, eat good food, do happy things for your self, do things that makes you laugh real hard and engage in these things till you doze off. There's no gain brooding over negativity
The set of people you stay around also determines how your life would be
stay around happy people.

I am telling you all these from experience, I have cried an ocean, had serious migraines isolate from people and it solved no problems but I have been suprisingly a happy fella, a beautiful one at that, everyone is perplexed by of the sudden change in growth and countenance
Not that I have all I want but I don't put myself in those situations,where I need to frustrate my brain. Remember there's always a silver lining, so when you get there trust me there is always a breakthrough, it could be from something so minute and irrelevant. There's always a way.
I have a strong conviction that some problems don't require a lot from you, just stay calm and everything will be fine.
