Introducing the Hive Meetups calendar - Let me know local events to compile an overview
We need more Hive MeetUps and an overview - not seen a lot Hive Get-togethers
Since I just got a reminder for my first MeetUp I attended ages ago with fellow Steem enthusiasts I was wondering whether we have already scheduled Hive MeetUps around the world?
I am happy to compile some calendar work and an overview of all upcoming events if anyone is interested.
Instructions below - Hive events and community / tribes MeetUps should be added as well!

We can even add Splinterlands MeeetUps - no need for pure physical face to face ones - open to virtual ones, depending on the amount I get back.

I know @pennsif used to do a great job keeping track of things - haven't seen anything since his corona diaries - have you spoken to him to coordinate perhaps?

I wonder when physical meetups can start again? I guess not for a month or two at least in most countries.

They may have to be online meetups for the time being with the covid situation but like the idea and would like to see the faces behind the usernames!

@onemedia and @d-vine host a show called @spotlight.artist which is a weekly chat show with musicians on msp-waves but not sure if it is still going?
@r0nd0n - is Spotlight On The Artist still happening on Fridays? Are there other Music shows that happen on msp-waves?
Otherwise, I guess the whole "Zoom Meeting" thing might be a good way to get people speaking with each other but don't know how chaotic it will be haha!

Just heard from r0nd0n but looks like the music shows are all on hold at the moment so I guess there's a bit of free reign to shape a meet up how you wanted!
Sounds great - just to make sure. I am not capable to create / organise MeetUps these days - but I would love to support this in the background and need community folks like you for helping - you would be the perfect moderator.
No, sadly it's on hold, and there aren't any other music shows at this time. It may return soon, but no idea when.

True but depends on region - over here we still have strict rules on one hand but can have meetup with social distance on a larger scale again.

For now, the meetups will have to online, till we survive this pandemic
