Hmmm, it is government corruption that is the problem in our nation. The Nigeria's economic problem is a function of the corruption which is inherent in the government officials.

Power corrupts those with virtuous intents, and draws the already-corrupt like moths to a flame. The psychology of power dynamics is a scary thing to explore, because it reveals how drastically it damages everyone involved. The Milgram experiment and the Stanford Prison experiment are just the best-known of these.
