Again, I will take you on a small tour in one of the historical places of Bursa.
KOZA HAN
This inn, whose history dates back to 1400 years, was built to provide income for the madrasahs and religious places in Istanbul.
Bursa is a city famous for silk and silk trade. A place was built where merchants engaged in silk trade could both sell and stay. Koza Han, which has a domed mosque in the middle, is located in the center of Bursa, in an area between Orhan Mosque and Ulu Mosque.
Koza inn is a touristic place that preserves this feature of the silk trade, but now it operates as a resting place where people can take a breather by drinking tea with pleasure in its courtyard. This courtyard, which you can set as a meeting point with your friends when you are tired of going out to the bazaar or when you want to sip tea and coffee in the open air, both gives you a breather and creates a wonderful ambiance with a mystical atmosphere with its history dating back to the 1400s.
The fame of Bursa Silk is not only limited to Turkey. In 2008, the Queen of England Elizabeth and her husband came to Bursa and visited Koza Han, where silks are sold, and also shopped at the shops selling silk. As you can see, the flour of our silk has exceeded our limits.
The inn has two floors and the upper floor used to have 50 rooms for the accommodation of merchants from outside the city, now these rooms are operated as shops where silk products are sold. There are 45 rooms on the lower floor, the rooms on the lower floor serve as silversmiths, mostly tea shops and clothing stores.
Last week, after we went to the bazaar and got our work done, we took the road to the cocoon inn to relieve our tiredness. After a tea and bagel break, we went to the inner cocoon, which is another inn next to it. It is a place that draws attention with its inner cocoon coffee presentations. The cafes that make Ottoman-era clothes, coffee on embers with cups of various colors and sizes and turn this coffee business into a show attract the attention of tourists. While we were passing through the inner cocoon, a group of Japanese tourists was taking pictures in a queue in front of a coffee shop serving coffee.
If you happen to be in Bursa, don't pass by without stopping by, and definitely taste a bagel ☺️

Yine sizlere Bursa'nın tarihi mekanların bir tanesinde ufak bir gezintiye çıkartacağım.
KOZA HAN
Tarihi 1400 ki yıllara uzanan bu Han İstanbul'daki medreselerde ve dini yerlere gelir sağlamak adına yapılmış.
Bursa İpekleri ve ipek ticaretiyle ünlü bir şehir olduğu icin. İpek ticareti yapan tüccarların hem satışlarını yapacagi ve konaklayabilecegi bir yer inşaa edilmistir. Ortasında kubbeli bir mescidi bulunan koza han Bursa merkezde Orhan cami ve Ulucami arasında kalan bir bölgede yer alır.
Koza han günümüzde yine ipek ticaretinin yapıldığı bu özelliğini koruyan turistik bir mekan fakat artık insanların avlusunda keyifle çay içerek soluk alacakları mola yeri olarak faaliyet veriyor. Çarşıya çıkıp yoruldugumuz zaman yada açık havada çay kahve yudumlamak istediginizde, arkadaşlarınızla buluşma noktası olarak ayarlayabileceginiz bu avlu size hem bir soluk aldırıyor hemde 1400 lu yıllardan kalan tarihi ile mistik bir ortamla harika bir ambias yaratıyor.
Bursa İpeginin ünü sadece Türkiye ile sınırlı değildir. 2008 yılında İngiltere Kraliçesi Elizabeth ve eşi Bursa'ya gelerek hem ipeklerin satıldığı Koza han' ı ziyaret etmiş hemde İpek satan dükkanlardan alışveriş yapmıştır. Anlayacağınız ipegimizin unu sınırlarımızı aşmış durumdadır.
Han iki katlıdır üst katında eskiden şehir dışından gelen tüccarların konaklamaları için 50 adet oda bulunuyor şuan bu odalar İpek ürünlerin satıldığı dükkanlar olarak işletiliyor. Alt katında 45 adet oda bulunuyor, alt katındaki odalar gümüşçü, daha çok çay ocağı ve giyim mağazası olarak hizmet veriyor.
Bizde geçen hafta çarşıya çıkıp işlerimizi hallettikten sonra yorgunluğunuzu atmak için koza hanın yolunu tuttuk, çay ve simit molası verdikten sonra yanında diğer bir han olan iç kozaya geçtik. İç koza kahve sunumlarıyla dikkat çeken bir yer . Osmanlı dönem elbiseleri giyim, çeşitli renklerde ve ebatlarda fincanlarla közde kahve yapan ve bu kahve işini bir gösteriye çeviren kafeler turistlerin ilgisini çok çekiyor. Biz iç kozadan geçerken Japon turist kafilesi kahve sunumu yapan bir kahvecinin önünde kuyruk oluşturmuş fotoğraf çekiyordu.
