Hello #SWC Community, I share with you some pictures of this week, in which I was doing free and I was aiming to get Swing540.

I remember I was understanding the kick and spin technique with the help of @jeyson20sw, little by little I was getting better at Swing540. Attempt after attempt I was getting closer, getting to the point of touching with both hands but I still can't get a grip on the whole thing..... I still haven't mastered it yet and that's why I tend to hit myself with the bar.😓
