Good afternoon, friends! I hope you're having a wonderful week. I'm happy to stop by and share a lovely idea with you. This time, I'm sharing the step-by-step instructions for making a cute pen decoration. That's right, friends: one of my favorite things to create is pen decorations, and this time, I was inspired by an illustration I did of a cute farm. The barn stuck in my mind, and I wanted to use it as the main idea for this project.

🌟 PROCEDIMIENTO | 🌟 PROCESS
✨PASO 1:
Como siempre, lo primero que debemos hacer es tomar una hoja y dibujar las ideas que tenemos en mente. En mi caso, y como dije al inicio, ya tenía la idea de hacer algo relacionado con la granja, pues me inspiré en una ilustración que hice hace unos días. Así que tomé como base el granero y luego pensé en el animal que acompañaría esta temática, el cual terminó siendo una vaquita. Al tener las ideas bien pensadas y dibujadas, es momento de transferir los moldes a los colores correspondientes de foami, como explico a continuación:
✨Techo: 5.3 cm x 3.5 cm en foami marrón.
✨Estructura: 5 cm x 4.5 cm en foami rojo.
✨Puerta: 2 cm x 1.7 cm en foami marrón.
✨Corazón: 1.7 cm x 1.5 cm en foami escarchado blanco.
✨Cuernos: 0.8 cm en foami crema.
✨Cabeza y orejas: 3.5 cm x 2.5 cm en foami blanco.
✨Hocico: 2.8 cm x 1.3 cm en foami crema.
✨Cuerpo: 4 cm x 2.7 cm en foami blanco.
✨STEP 1:
As always, the first thing we should do is take a sheet of paper and sketch out the ideas we have in mind. In my case, as I mentioned at the beginning, I already had the idea of making something related to the farm, since I was inspired by an illustration I did a few days ago. So I started with the barn as a base and then thought about the animal that would go with this theme, which ended up being a little cow. With the ideas well thought out and drawn, it's time to transfer the templates to the corresponding colors of foam, as I explain below:
✨Roof: 5.3 cm x 3.5 cm in brown foam.
✨Structure: 5 cm x 4.5 cm in red foam.
✨Door: 2 cm x 1.7 cm in brown foam.
✨Heart: 1.7 cm x 1.5 cm in white glitter foam.
✨Horns: 0.8 cm in cream foam.
✨Head and ears: 3.5 cm x 2.5 cm in white foam.
✨Snout: 2.8 cm x 1.3 cm in cream foam.
✨Body: 4 cm x 2.7 cm in white foam.

✨PASO 2:
Al estar recortadas todas las piezas, es momento de dar color a los bordes con pinturas o marcadores y luego difuminar con la ayuda de un pañito suave. Para todas las piezas del granero utilicé marcador de color negro, mientras que para las piezas de la vaca usé tonos marrón claro y oscuro.
✨STEP 2:
Once all the pieces are cut out, it's time to color the edges with paints or markers and then blend them with a soft cloth. I used black markers for all the barn pieces, while for the cow pieces I used light and dark brown tones.

✨PASO 3:
Cuando las piezas estén secas, viene mi parte favorita: dibujar los detalles que marcan la diferencia. Dibujaremos ojos, nariz, boca y el fondo de la puerta y ventana. Además, definiremos las orejas y mejillas con un marcador rosa, y trazaremos las manchas marrones en el cuerpo y parte de la cabeza de la vaca.
✨STEP 3:
When the pieces are dry, it's time for my favorite part: drawing the details that make all the difference. We'll draw eyes, a nose, a mouth, and the background of the door and window. We'll also define the ears and cheeks with a pink marker, and draw the brown spots on the cow's body and part of its head.

✨PASO 4:
Ahora sí, es momento de pegar las piezas en el orden correspondiente para armar las figuras. Vamos a comenzar con la cabeza, los cuernos, el hocico y, por último, el cuerpo de la vaquita. Luego, pegamos las partes del granero: el techo sobre la estructura, la puerta y el pequeño corazón de foami escarchado.
✨STEP 4:
Now it's time to glue the pieces together in the correct order to assemble the figures. We'll start with the head, the horns, the snout, and finally, the cow's body. Then, we glue the barn pieces: the roof onto the frame, the door, and the small glittery foam heart.

✨PASO 5:
Para finalizar, tomamos el foami escarchado blanco y recortamos dos tiras de 3.7 cm x 1.5 cm. Las pegamos enrolladas alrededor de la parte alta del lápiz o lapicera y, sobre estos tubitos, pegamos cada una de las decoraciones.
✨STEP 5:
Finally, we took the white glitter foam and cut two strips measuring 3.7 cm x 1.5 cm. We rolled them up and glued them around the top of the pencil or pen, and then glued each of the decorations onto these tubes.

El resultado final es muy cuchi, tenia mucho tiempo sin ver lapiceros decorados con foami, antes cada una de mis profesoras tenia uno, gracias por el tutorial.
