Hola comunidad de hive saludos a todos, espero esten todos muy bien. El dia de hoy quise unirme a este maravilloso tag creado por la amiga @canelarecetas donde tenemoa que dar nuestro punto de vista acerca del nivel de optimismo.

Hello hive community, greetings to all, I hope you are all very well. Today I wanted to join this wonderful tag created by the friend @canelarecetas where we have to give our point of view about the level of optimism.

¿Cuando algo no sale bien,tratas de buscarle el lado positivo a la situacion?/When something does not go well, do you try to find the positive side of the situation?

La verdad si, siempre trato de buscar el lado positivo a las circunstancias que se me presentan, por muy negativa que sea la situacion, siempre con todo el sentido de la palabra le busco el lado positivo.

The truth is, I always try to look for the positive side to the circumstances that are presented to me, no matter how negative the situation, always with all the sense of the word I look for the positive side.

Ante algun problema¿intentas solucionar o te quedas atascado en el?/Faced with any problem, do you try to solve it or do you get stuck in it?

En mi caso siempre trato de solucionar rapido algun problema o situacion que se me este presentando, todo esto para que no afecte para nada mi salud mental.

In my case I always try to quickly solve any problem or situation that is presenting itself to me, all this so that it does not affect my mental health at all.

¿Que sueles hacer cuando las cosas no salen como lo esperabas?/What do you usually do when things don't go the way you expected?

En este caso me pongo hacer cualquier cosa en mi casa, ya sea cocinar o cualquier otra cosa, despejar mi mente para no sentir molestia alguna.

In this case I get to do anything in my house, be it cooking or anything else, clear my mind so as not to feel any discomfort.

¿Del 1 al 10 que tan positivo consideras que eres?/From 1 to 10, how positive do you consider yourself to be?

Un 8 porque a pesar de que son muchas las situaciones dificiles que se me presentan, siempre trato de ser lo mas positiva que se pueda y seguir de pie ante cualquier situacion.

An 8 because even though there are many difficult situations that come my way, I always try to be as positive as possible and continue to stand up to any situation.
