Si hay algo que mas le gusta a mi familia es como yo preparo las cachapas

Tomo mis mazorcas y las pelo bien

Con ayuda de un cuchillo corto los granos de maiz de la tusa

Ya cortado todo el maiz de la tusa paso a molerlo

Una vez que este molido le agrego sal y azucar al gusto

En mi caso agregue un poco de leche ya que el maiz estaba un poco seco y la mezca me salio seca

Corte unas hojas de platano en el fondo de mi casa para tender mis cachapas como tradicionalmente se hace

Ya listas mis cachapas las abro le agrego mantequilla y queso
