¿Hola?, ¿@hivebuzz?, te estoy hablando a ti... ¡Logre conseguir mi insignia por haber publicado en todo un mes!, tú no lo sabías, pero el año pasado estuve a punto de conseguirla 4 veces y por razones ajenas a mi voluntad no pude, pero ya lo logré. Me siento satisfecha de que mi esfuerzo dio frutos y tengo mi bonita insignia creada por ti. 😌🤓

Pero hoy no vengo a hablar solo sobre ese logro que tenía pendiente, sino que vengo a compartir mi experiencia participando en el reto de organización en el que varios usuarios que hacemos vida en Hive nos unimos en un grupo para organizarnos y apoyarnos a lograr esta meta.

Hello?, @hivebuzz?, I'm talking to you... I managed to get my badge for posting for a whole month!, you didn't know this, but last year I was about to get it 4 times and for reasons beyond my control I couldn't, but now I did it. I feel satisfied that my effort paid off and I have my nice badge created by you. 😌🤓

But today I do not come to talk only about that achievement that I had waiting, but I come to share my experience participating in the organization challenge in which several users who make life in Hive joined together in a group to organize ourselves and support each other to achieve this goal.

El primero de febrero inicio el reto de organización en su tercera edición y no dude en sumarme para participar. El enfoque del reto no era solo obtener la linda insignia que te entrega Hivebuzz al lograr completar un mes publicando, sino que principalmente el reto buscaba que quienes participáramos lográramos organizarnos de una forma exitosa para lograr subir contenido todo el mes, demostrando así compromiso, disciplina, dedicación, creatividad y perseverancia.

Como mencione al inicio, yo muchas veces estuve a punto de lograr publicar por todo el mes, pero sucedían imprevistos que me lo impedían. Gracias a que me uní a este reto, no solo conocí a personas geniales, sino que también recibí consejos e información que desconocía que me hicieron más fácil el poder lograr publicar en todo el mes y fue muy bonito el poder lograrlo junto a diferentes usuarios. El camino sin duda no fue fácil, los problemas con el internet, situaciones no planeadas y diversos factores a veces complican la tarea de poder publicar seguido, pero con un poco de organización nada es imposible.

On February 1st, the third edition of the organization challenge started and I didn't hesitate to join in and participate. The focus of the challenge was not only to get the nice badge that Hivebuzz gives you when you manage to complete a month publishing, but mainly the challenge intended that those of us who participated managed to organize ourselves in a successful way to upload content for the whole month, demonstrating commitment, discipline, dedication, creativity and perseverance.

As I mentioned at the beginning, many times I was on the verge of publishing for the whole month, but unforeseen events prevented me from doing so. Thanks to joining this challenge, I not only met great people, but I also received tips and information that I did not know that made it easier for me to be able to publish for the whole month and it was very nice to be able to do it together with different users. The road was certainly not easy, problems with the internet, unplanned situations and various factors sometimes complicate the task of being able to publish often, but with a little organization nothing is impossible.

Ustedes de verdad no se imaginan como me achicopalaba cuando el año pasado no lograba completar el mes. Me sentía frustrada porque me esforzaba y al final siempre pasaba algo, así que de verdad estoy agradecida a todas las personas del reto de organización, quienes lo crearon o quien lo creo (¿fuiste tu @lunaticanto?) y a todos los que participaron en esta edición por ser grandes compañeros en el camino. ❤️

Publicar en todo un mes no es tarea fácil, pues todos tenemos otras ocupaciones. Disfrute mucho conseguir lo que quería y probablemente siga publicando seguido, pero recuerden que no es obligatorio, no tienen que forzarse o estresarse si por alguna razón no pueden publicar constantemente, al final lo que importa es el contenido de calidad y las insignias de Hivebuzz son motivacionales, el servicio que ellos ofrecen es todo para alegrar a la comunidad, no es para forzar a nadie. Dicho esto, ¡I ❤️ u @hivebuzz y un abrazo a toda mi gente bella del grupo de organización!

You guys really can't imagine how disappointed I was when last year I couldn't complete the month. I felt frustrated because I was trying so hard and in the end something always happened, so I'm really grateful to all the people of the organization challenge, who created it or who created it (was it you @lunaticanto?) and to everyone who participated in this edition for being great companions along the way. ❤️

Publishing in a whole month is not an easy task, as we all have other occupations. I really enjoyed getting what I wanted and will probably keep posting often, but remember it's not mandatory, you don't have to force yourself or stress if for some reason you can't post regularly, in the end what matters is the quality content and the Hivebuzz badges are motivational, the service they offer is all about making the community happy, it's not about forcing anyone. That said, I ❤️ u @hivebuzz and hugs to all my beautiful people in the organizing group!
