December We Mix It Up!

Starting December I'll be working towards releasing a single Lofi track on Monday (as I have been currently doing) and then a EDM style track which you might be more used to from my first works. I want to reconnect with that other side of music while still keeping up the lofi beats.

I've been working hard to bump up the production value and I think you all will enjoy the first of these beats to drop December 9th!

I can imagine that I should most likely create two artist channels for this instead of housing it all under one but for now It's all going to be housed under one. I don't see the extra work on that front worth it unless things really start to blow up and it would do better separated in terms of revenue etc.

The lofi beats have really taken off and that's been a huge marketing plan for a while now. Revenue is starting to pick up on streaming platforms even though it's fallen here on platforms like hive. However I still see potential for music here on hive and crypto itself but it needs some serious commitment in order to make that happen. If there's one thing I think hive is lacking it's the ability to create revenue from applications and build a custom UI interact for things like music. There's HUGE potential there we just really need someone to develop and then market these things including building a advertising revenue stream that supports it and the underlying token.

Perhaps one of the biggest things that would have to be figured out is how the revenue share would be split across the platform from plays like Spotify and other music platforms do outside of that 7 day window Hive and other tokens currently seem to have.

In any case I'm excited to start to move towards new goals for the new year and really ramp up music production and quality and share that with you all here on hive.
