My Weekend Reset Routine to stay productive |What i did this past weekend | lifestyle tips on how to stay productive

The weekends are days we take our time to reset for the upcoming week. Regardless of what every individual would like to call it, the day when you take your time to re-access, tidy and organise is called a reset day which i my case i call reset routine. Today i am going to share with you all what i do to reset on weekend days for an upcoming week.

Ps: I do this reset routine on weekend days because of my schedule.

The first thing i like to do when i get up early on the weekends is to go on morning walks , because this is the only time i get to do this,..i wash my face brush my teeth and put on my outfit for my morning walk, which is usually joggers , a jacket and a pair of trainers.

After i get home from my walk ,i like to take a shower before moving on to have breakfast, i take longer showers on the weekends, because this time i have to do self-care which i involves body scrubs, hair removal routine, washing my hair and steaming my face for skincare.

After taking a shower and having breakfast i then start preparing dinner which i do simultaneously with cleaning my apartment.

When i clean my apartment, i put my bed sheets in for laundry and dust my furnitures which accumulates so much dust during the week, i also go ahead to wash my bathroom.

After washing and cleaning the next thing i like to do is do digital work so, as a content creator i result to check my email box everyday, so if i do have emails to reply to i go ahead and do that i also tend to journal on weekends just to revisit all that has happened during the week and plan the events for the upcoming week this helps me stay organized. Ps: this journaling is very helpful.

The next thing i like to do is go for my weekly shopping, this is done towards the evening hours of the day, i usually shop for groceries on saturday's but this weekend, i needed new skincare products which had run out, so i went to the store to restock on them.

After i get back from the store i continued to watch a movie series, i had been seeing for a while.

This are basic steps i take to reset after a long week, which involves staying productive on the weekend, keeping fit and healthy and also practising self-care routine...i hope you found this helpful, comment what you do to reset for a new week i am curious to know what your reset routine is.
