How do you speak your heart without the use of words??

I have always felt that I have this habit of understanding almost everyone.. But it's always not easy to make them understand me.. I guess I'm pretty good at listening but not so good on sharing..

Yeah, I'm sure you guys must be thinking it's because I have been a victim of betrayal or disappointment.. Well, to be frank, it's true.. It's more than that to be honest..

I was always comfortable being in my comfort zone.. In my own shell.. It always was peaceful.. It was always going to be between myself and me.. I did try the sharing thing once and it backfired badly.. Some screenshots got shared and my private life went public in matter of seconds and got destroyed..

I can admit that at times it does get difficult.. I end up wanting to vent out and let things out.. Scream as loudly as possible.. But, hesitation takes over.. The fear takes over.. I get scared to be bare again.. To be vulnerable again..

These days I am learning to get back to being myself.. To depend just on myself.. To vent my emotions to my pillow, to writing as well as to the sea.. But like they say, no matter how much strength is there in relying on self, it's equally lonely at times..

So again I ask, How do you speak your heart without the use of words?? Sometimes the eyes do speak.. But can we understand that language??
