5 Minute Freewrite - Ball Winder

Chloe sat in front of her granny's rocking chair, observing her granny doing some knitting.

She then pointed to the ball winder and asked, "Granny, what's this?"

Her granny replied, "This is a ball winder, it is an important item for me when I do stitching."

A curious Chloe continued asking, "Why granny, what's so special about this?"

Granny shared on how having a ball winder able to help make nicer designs using 2 yarn strands and balling up the 2 strands together without any tangle between the 2. Chloe was really impressed with how such a simple device is able to magically create a ball of yarn of 2 different stands.

Granny then said, "Little Chloe, autumn is going to be upon us soon. Granny is knitting a nice and comfy sweater for you to keep you warm."

Chloe was so touched and gave her granny a big hug to thank her.
