5 Minute Freewrite - Hit The Trail

Since a month ago, Jacob was preparing for his final year examination for his bachelor degree and finally completing it the day before. He had been cooping himself in his room, ensuring he cover every inch of his lecture notes and textbook. He breathe a sigh of relief when he stepped out of the examination hall the day before.

Now that all is done, it's time to unwind. He missed the great outdoors and the fresh air. He woke up early in the morning, packed some snacks, 2 bottles of water, a towel and poncho then headed out.

After a fifteen minute bus ride, he reached the entrance of the national
park. Jacob thought to himself, "It's been a while, time to hit trail!"

The fresh air of the forest, the critter sounds and the flowing sounds of the nearby stream. Just the way he liked as he enjoy his day out.
