Social Media Challenge: Splinterlands Weekly + Brawl Report (May 27 - Jun 2)

Greetings everyone, hope everyone is doing well. The new rewards system have kicked in. New season, new way of getting chest and new learning.

Let's start things off with how my collection power increased since the last update.

This season end, I've manage to get some of the new reward cards. And most glad to have gotten Countess Sinash, one of the new legendary reward. Law of average continue to shine on me. Very exciting cards added, let's hope I get more. Approximately 2000+ CP to true silver 3, we are almost there!

Brawl Report
Now it's time to share my brawl report from the last one. To be honest, it was really tough, I struggled with many matches and I feel my arsenal is a little limited. Without further ado, to the battles!

First time I see Camila Sunglazer. Seemingly similar but the Chwala gonna tear my Diemonshark apart for sure. And Phantom of the Abyss is another card I don't like to see. Not hopeful.

Outcome: As predicted, it turned out bad. I really got countered fully. Outclassed =(

It's a goner. Bortus + Oshannus will shut me down totally.

Outcome: I've lost as expected. The Bortus + Oshannus choice from my opponent made my own Oshannus fang-less.

The collection my opponent have looks so scary. 3 Legendary + 1 epic. I expect magic barrage coming my way.

Outcome: Yes, the artillery from the full magic team is very scary and Mycelia Queen help give 2 shield to protect from my attack. I've lost again to a formidable opponent.

Oh my, another magic barrage incoming. High chance another loss.

Outcome: Yes I lost. No way to win against a boosted Magic lineup for the lineup I picked.

Faced with all loss so far, I had to call upon my favourite lineup, will it disappoint?

Outcome: Finally, something to cheer as my favourite lineup did me proud once again.

I tried to lineup what I have with 2 opportunistic cards. Not too sure how things will turn out.

Outcome: The match went all the way to the last card. Yodin's blast ability is really formidable, divine shield because of blast gets taken out easily. Lava Launcher with a +1 range attack is really scary. I accept my defeat.

I was a little naughty and wanted to try out Countess Sinash. Let's see how she performs.

Outcome: Countess Sinash did alright but the star of the show is Chimney Wallstop whom looks real scary after bloodlust activated together with spreading fury with 12 Melee attack.

My Final Tally

I didn't manage to capture my own rankin.
I won 2 matches and lots 5. Definitely something that needs to work upon to be better for future.

Guild Final Tally

Guild ended secured a 4th placing for this Brawl.
We fell out of top 3, let's do better next time! Go PIZZA 2!

New Reward System
I will be discussing more on this next update. Have started playing on it and meeting loads of very strong cards and cards that I never seen before as well. Will try to figure out and do some pathfinding. Share more next week.

Thoughts about Splinterlands Journey
New system, exciting times, more card ownership and definitely gameplay improvement have come our way. I am really enjoying the game and having good interaction with the community.
