Hive Power Up Day September 2023

For those who don't know yet:

The HivePowerUpDay takes place on the 1st of each month and encourages people to PowerUp their Liquid Hive in order to increase their voting and decision-making power in the community. As well as increasing your Resource Credits, which allows you to perform more actions within Hive.

This is officially my first participation, and I say officially because I already participated without knowing that I was participating, in 2021, when I performed a PowerUp on the day of just over 10 Hive and won the badge for the action without knowing that it was HPDU day.

There are a total of 5 badges, each referring to an amount of Hive you PowerUp: 10, 50, 100, 500 and 1000.

This time I'm going after the third badge, performing the PowerUp of 100 Hive, I still don't have the potential to reach 500, even if I used the Swap.Hive that I have, it would reach something close to 300 Hive and I don't want to get rid of it at the moment from some other second tier token I have. At least not in this bear market.

Adding 100 HivePower to my account will give me a Power boost of 2.86% on my account, and an increase in Effective Voting Power of 32%, since most of my HP is delegated to the @hive-br.voter account and just recently I'm starting to leave an amount in my account so that I can curate other profiles that attract me.

O HivePowerUpDay acontece todo dia 01 de cada mês e incentiva as pessoas a realizarem PowerUp de seu Hive Líquido para assim aumentar seu poder de voto e de decisão da comunidade. Como também aumentar o seu Resource Credits, o que te permite realizar mais ações dentro da Hive.

Essa é oficialmente a minha primeira participação, e digo oficialmente porque já participei sem saber que estava participando, em 2021, quando realizei um PowerUp no dia se pouco mais de 10 Hive e ganhei a insígnia pela ação sem saber que era o dia de HPDU.

Dessa vez vou ir atrás da terceira insígnia, realizando o PowerUp de 100 Hive, ainda não tenho potencial para atingir o de 500, mesmo que ue usasse o Swap.Hive que tenho chegaria em algo próximo de 300 Hive e não quero me desfazer no momento de alguns outros token de segunda camada que possuo. Pelo menos não nesse mercado de baixa.

Acrescer 100 HivePower a minha conta me dará um aumento de Poder de 2.86% na minha conta, e um aumento no Poder de Voto Efetivo de 32%, uma vez que a maior parte do meu HP está delegado para a conta @hive-br.voter e apenas recentemente estou começando a deixar um valor em minha conta para que eu possa realizar uma curadoria em outros perfis que me atraem.
