What is your objective in POB?
The euphoria of prices has gone, POB has bled as well as all currencies, and is now at parity levels with HIVE, as well as Leo.
Many users came to the community when POB was between 1.6 and 2.0, and this was attractive to wallets and daily profit. What at the moment may not be as attractive as before and with that many tend to look for other ways to monetize their money.
Investors also 'disappeared', there are no longer as many people willing to buy thousands of POB units as in the past, where they even defaced the chart, consuming order up to the price of 10 hive per pob.
And analyzing this whole scenario I keep asking myself, what is the objective of each user in the community at the moment.
And there is no right and wrong objective, since the user who wants to take all the POB he earns, as well as the one who wants to keep all the POB he earns, they are in the same boat, being in the POB.
I wonder about the one who occasionally posts and withdraws a little, keeps a little, trying to find out where he is on the platform.
I can say that the curatorship is just a consequence of my voting power. I'm here as well as for the future of the community, I'm also for PobTalk, I'm excited to see the amount of people interacting with each other and making new connections. You end up making it a habit to come to the POB to talk to new people.
Today I can say that my objective is to keep PobTalk working, as well as one of @amr008.pob's objectives is to keep the engagement bot running.
There are users who like to talk about chemistry, it would be great to know that there is a user whose objective is to post talking about chemistry (a hell of proof of brain), and that we can learn a lot from him.
I hope to find more users who focus on a theme to show their proof of brain, comment below which themes you most address, let's create a sort of themes index in POB, to guide whenever someone wants to know about a certain subject.
And if you haven't talked about one yet, how about looking for this new objective in the community and being the first to address this topic.
I seriously don't care for current market prices, its same for all cryptocurrencies. We should not make assumptions on just the token price. Its just beginning for POB. We are seeing new people joining us, engaging and producing quality content. I have interacted with few thanks to POB talks and we all believe in future of POB. My objective is to invest myself in the future of POB. Although I don't have money to buy POB but I will invest my skills, time and energy in this community. I am currently staking what ever rewards I am getting and my goal is to reach 1000 POB. I am making friends and relationships in the POB community. It's fun interacting and my experience of POB so far is amazing. We do have wonderful brains here, the quality of content is impressive and it's improving. My subject of interest is Poetry, its always been. That's what I am good at. I love to encourage and motivate people. I will keep working on it. 😊
Many investors have left, the currency has lowered for some the great confidence in its value, they preferred to sell before continuing to stack, some not to lose their money. Everyone has the right to do what they want, but as it is always observed in bad times is where you know who your friend is, it is bad where you know who is who, in bad times is where you know who will be by your side forever.
At this time now where we can see who is here by the platform and not by the value of the currency. My Pob power are intact my future goals is to continue betting to continue here in POb.

Life is like that, in the good times many people are with you celebrating, but when the bad time comes, only what they are valuing the platform continues.
I know that Pob will reach the highest levels that have not yet been seen, many who sold and left will want to return and will regret not continuing when they had the opportunity.

Price is not the best reason for not being active in POB. The community is still growing. The down of the price will eliminate who are the true or fake proofofbrainers .
I actually know a chemist within my family but blogging is not his thing. He is interested however, in joining hive for other reasons.
On our personal talks, we have been discussing over introducing a new community explicitly for thw town we live and and fill it with members from this city while also creating a token to be used for trading for local goods. We have a doctor who is interested in that endeavor and also through the same level of things, connections to the local "government" that might support us through the creation and management of this token.
There is still much to discuss and plan obviously and we need a local Dev as-well.
In the meantime I have been sharing links from various hive front ends to various local WhatsApp and telegram groups to get people interested. It all depends on the subject of these groups. I even joined pornographic groups to promote hive through dporn.co lol. not my cup of tea but it has gotten more attention than foodies. go figure.
aside from that, I have been waiting for the POB frontend to be finished. I hope it's as good as peakd as I still claim it to be my favorite for the main reason of having a fluid writing interface that fits my style.
I love poetry, music, art, food, women and other more interesting things such as real news on real events, science, philosophy, gnostic topics, etc. I hope to provide a little of everything. Being how I am random with what I havt posted in the past in other blogs, and being how PoB is pretty random in things I think I would fill the quote just fine in the long run.
We shall see though.

Also, if someone can design a huge logo or something to paint on a wall, I wouldn't mind painting that on the side of my house where heavy traffic goes through. Just saying
I am here for the long haul. I am staking most of what I earn, but am selling a small amount (and buying too if the price is right). My hope is for POB to grow into a thriving community (it is doing pretty good) and I can slow down my work in the construction industry and write and read more and earn a living on the blockchain. That is a long term goal that I likely won't realize for another 5 years, but it is in my thoughts that if we can grow this thing up, it could be my next gig.
Is well written and good points. I would like to see more education focused material and really take really take what we are doing here on hive to the next level with quality efforts. The way I see it is this is bitcoin on high engine so I'm going to hodl and keep staking.
The objective is still same as before, keep constantly building for futuristic purpose. I think it's better the prices has gone down so people can focus on what really matters more. It's kinda like a blessing in disguise.
My objective has only remained the same despite the dip in price and that is interact/engage and build for the future. The lower price even seems to motivate me to increase my activities here on the chain.
Wouldn't want to look back tomorrow and blame my inactivity due to some lower prices. Prices are meant to change, so it's smart to accumulate as possible when many lose the interest/morale to keep blogging or engaging
What is PobTalk ? Is it a kind of initiative I don't know about, or you mean just the discussion we have based on proof of brain concept ?

POB talk is indeed a great initiative. And it helped me get to know a few more people here. Though I have participated in it once, i am thankful for the support and interest people have shown for me there.
My objective at POB is to create my own small place in the hearts of people with my contributions. And also I want to reach 1k POB staked as soon as possible. I am staking 100% of POB i earn.
I am interested in a lot of unconnected things. And I write about a bit of everything. My most favourite theme is ‘Philosophy of everyday life’. My objective with my writing is to provide value and i try that readers always get to learn something new from my content.
What I loved most about the POB is the liberalism present here. People are very open to give a chance and interact with others irrespective of if they are a known figure or someone completely new.
I have had wonderful interactions in my short time here. And I am sure with this zeal, passion and mindset, no one can stop POB from reaching greater heights.

One thing this great community has taught me is "Engagement" and I really don't care about the fall of the price, it will surely go back to the way it was before or even more, I just have to keep growing my account till it happens.
I have always love it when people appreciate me for my comments on their posts not minding if I was tipped or not, the important thing is that I made someone's post valuable with my comment.
Another thing I love about this community is the ability it gives me to think harder to share a good posts to my fellow great authors. So I plan to keep doing so not minding the price of its token.
If you ask me my objective in this community, I think it's kinda obvious now "People make posts for appreciation from people and I'm here to appreciate those posts with my comments since I don't have a strong voting power yet"
And as for the PobTalk, I prefer talking about Music, Growth and recently I have been engaging on the pobdaily to share my day with my fellow Hivers and it has been fun so I enjoy doing that as well.
There may be other talks I wold love to engage in so I'll wait to see any that is being implemented and I'll work towards becoming an important part of it with my comments to support others 🙂

Let me be honest, I am new here and I started out posting here just to check the pulse of each community.
However, as I started to become active here the pob word of the week went kaput.
I was lost reading so many negative posts here.
I still came back to read, to know if there were any changes here.
Now, I don't care I just post everyday, the community depends on my mood or a challenge which is of interest to me.
Yeah investors have gone, prices have fallen I'll hang around and write.
I believe what goes down comes up.
I am here for the long haul.
Well, I would say my role has grown larger ever since I became active here and in the long term I plan to grow my stake and help in the distribution. I am working alongside other members on other projects which I find interesting. So Pob is my home for now. I care little about price. It can all go to zero at this point. The value I get here comes from the interactions. This is what makes this place unique to me.
My objectives in POB are to post content related to crypto yet accessible to a wider selection of people. Some of those posts may appear in LeoFinance as well, but some will make more sense as posts native to POB (and not just tagged).
Certain posts I want to make should appear in other communities, but the audiences weren't there for whatever reason. I will update or rewrite that content to make it native to POB so that more people have access to them.
I've been doing better with engagement after beming more active in LeoFinance, and I want to become more active in Proof of Brain as well. If we want to do better on Hive, we need to be where the action is. Given its newness and its performance, POB is a place where the action is. If POB does better, we do better.
Along the way, I want to earn POB. I admit this. However, the POB I earn would be a byproduct of my engagement here. As long as I can provide people here with content that lets them learn something they didn't know before, that's more important for me.
Different people with different opinions as per the reason why they are here,but I must be honest by saying my major reason for being here is to acquire knowledge and great exposure's in which have seen since I joined the community,cause it as really enables me to use my own intiative to write article that people will learn and it as even added to my confidence and believe that I can be impactful with my writing's in the readers life
my major was science and I worked in molecular genetic research but I don't like the field. I switched to education 20 years ago. I don't like talking about "brainy" stuff anymore since you can find that anywhere on the internet today. However I am interested in how this community can help educate one another. That would be an interesting topic.

My objectives:
Anyone who have been in the crypto community would most definitely know that the often fluctuations in price of token is the very beauty of crypto. If one believes in the authenticity of a token or platform, it's only proper that he helps build the token's community. I came on hive not quite long, but I have made few post on this community and interacted with some people. I must say that I love it here.
I'm particularly interested in self development, personal growth, motivationsl and inspirational posts.
I am very happy with this tribe and I think it has a lot of future, I think in my case I love to publish about philosophy, motivation, and reasoning about life, I think soon I will be uploading new content about it, I have artistic gifts but I do not find much art flow in pod, it would be great art to try the brain here in the pob community, I hope to save my money and support much more in the community but for now I must pay some debts otherwise I can not count it in the future, but I hope soon to be of much support with my vote to this great community, I hope to be of much support with my vote to this great community.
