Today I am super happy to share in this beautiful community of amazing girls, strong people and from whom we have a lot to learn through their publications, a community to empower us and make us grow.

En esta oportunidad traigo mi entrada al Ladies of Hive Community Contest #99 y elegí contestar la 2 pregunta en la que nos habla de las metas y lo hacemos por lograrlo

This time I bring my entry to the Ladies of Hive Community Contest #99 and I chose to answer the 2nd question that talks about goals and what we do to achieve them.

2️⃣ Ya estamos en septiembre y pronto será el último trimestre del año. Tienes algún objetivo concreto que quieras alcanzar antes de que acabe el año? Cuéntanoslo y qué estás haciendo o harás para conseguirlo.

We are already in September and soon it will be the last quarter of the year. Do you have a specific goal you want to achieve by the end of the year? Tell us about it and what you are doing or will do to achieve it.

Cuando hablamos de metas pensaba en solo metas a nivel financiero o profesional, pero no al pensar bien en todo esto, me hago consciente de que las metas pueden ser de todo tipo y claro que esta que existen metas a corto, mediano y largo plazo, en mi caso antes solía presionarme para cumplir metas a largo plazo en poco tiempo y esto me llevaba a la frustración, se podrán imaginar todo lo que quería hacer en muy poco tiempo. Quería que las cosas sucedieran por arte de magia

When we talk about goals I thought only about financial or professional goals, but when I think about all this, I become aware that goals can be of all kinds and of course there are short, medium and long term goals, in my case before I used to pressure myself to meet long term goals in a short time and this led me to frustration, you can imagine everything I wanted to do in a very short time. I wanted things to happen by magic.

Entonces aprendí que no solo podemos vivir de metas metas financiera si no también emocionales, empecé a colocarme metas a corto plazo, hacer un plan en función de lo que quiero.

Then I learned that we can not only live by financial goals but also emotional goals, I started to set short term goals, make a plan based on what I want.

Una de mis metas emocionales, es lograr una estibilidad y un bienestar bien fundamentado, no con esto digo que no tendré algunos bajones, pero trabajo en mantenerme y voy a terapia para ir mejorando cada día más

One of my emotional goals is to achieve stability and a well-founded wellbeing, not to say that I won't have some slumps, but I work on maintaining myself and I go to therapy to improve every day.

Ahora bien al hablar de lo que puedo a nivel financiero, quiero empezar a compartir mis conocimientos de maquillaje y que me reconozcan un poco más en la ciudad donde vivo, para esto me he estado preparando aunque tengo pensado hacer más cursos y obtener el mayor conocimiento posible.

Now talking about what I can financially, I want to start sharing my knowledge of makeup and be recognized a little more in the city where I live, for this I have been preparing myself although I plan to do more courses and get as much knowledge as possible.

Esas son mis dos principales metas para el último trimestre del año, pueden parecer fáciles pero requieren de mucho esfuerzo, constancia y compromiso, son metas que considero a corto plazo que perseverancia se logran!

Those are my two main goals for the last quarter of the year, they may seem easy but they require a lot of effort, perseverance and commitment, they are goals that I consider short term but perseverance is achieved!
