Feliz inicio de semana! Espero que todos hayan comenzado su semana de la mejor manera, estoy de nuevo en esta bonita comunidad llena de tantas personas valiosas que nos dejan tantas enseñanzas y buenas vibras. Gracias a @miriannalis por traer esta inicitiva "La alegría de vivir"

Una bonita inicitiva qué nos hace tener presente la alegría, qué nos la causa y quizás entrar en la reflexión de eso que nos hace feliz pero pasamos por alto, y es que bueno a veces hay cosas que nos dan alegría y no valoramos, puede que las demos por sentadas, qué serán así para siempre o hasta determinado momento, pero de vez en cuando es bonito e importante sentarse a analizar todo lo que en nuestra vida nos suma trayendo alegría...

A nice initiative that makes us keep in mind the joy, what causes us and perhaps enter into the reflection of what makes us happy but we overlook, and is that well sometimes there are things that give us joy and we do not value, maybe we take them for granted, what will be so forever or until a certain time, but from time to time it is nice and important to sit down and analyze everything in our life that adds bringing us joy...

Algo que también me llena mucho de alegría es el agradecer cada día por todo lo que pasa, eso lo hago como ejercicio personal y de verdad ayuda a poder sobresaltar todas la cosas buenas

El abrir los ojos con la posibilidad lograr tanto de lo que quiero, poder cada día contar con personas que amo y me aman, la alegría de vivir para mi significa muchas cosas desde un viento en mi rostro, sentarme a ver el cielo, poder abrazar, cantar, bailar. Básicamente la alegría de vivir son cada una de las cosas cotidianas qué el estar viva me permite hacer

To open my eyes with the possibility of achieving so much of what I want, to be able to count every day with people I love and who love me, the joy of living for me means many things from a wind in my face, to sit and watch the sky, to be able to hug, sing and dance. Basically the joy of living is each of the daily things that being alive allows me to do.

How do you experience it?

Soy bastante emocional y cuando estoy alegre se me nota muchísimo, soy bastante gestual, la experimento en cada cosa que me trasmite paz o me saca una sonrisa, siempre permito demostrar lo que siento así que si algún día coinciden conmigo y ando alegre pues créanme que lo van a notar jajaja

I am quite emotional and when I am happy it shows a lot, I am quite gestural, I experience it in everything that transmits peace or makes me smile, I always allow to show what I feel so if someday you agree with me and I am happy, believe me you will notice it hahaha.

Entonces puedo decir que experimento la alegría de vivir a diario, en casa cosa simple, una sonrisa de mi hija, un día soleado o incluso una buena conversación que en ocasiones tengo con mi abuela que es un pan de Dios o con mi abuelo qué cuando anda de buen humor es bastante agradable saber un poco de sus experiencias

So I can say that I experience the joy of living every day, at home, a simple thing, a smile from my daughter, a sunny day or even a good conversation I sometimes have with my grandmother who is a godsend or with my grandfather who when he is in a good mood it is quite nice to know a little of his experiences.

Tener a mi hija conmigo llena de salud, estar cerca de la mayoría de mis familiares, poder gozar de vivir de lo que amo, cuando crecemos siempre pensamos en una profesión o trabajo y estoy 100% segura de que el que trabaja en lo que ama hacer la mayoría del tiempo es alegre

Having my daughter with me full of health, being close to most of my relatives, being able to enjoy living from what I love, when we grow up we always think of a profession or job and I am 100% sure that the one who works in what he loves to do most of the time is joyful.

Me siento una persona muy afortunada porque a lo largo de mi vida he aprendido a encontrar la alegría en la cosa más simple y sencilla, eso definitivamente cambia tu manera de vivir y pensar, antes era todo lo contrario solo me enfocaba en lo negativo y era lo único que llegaba a mi cabeza... Hoy por hoy puedo decir que siento totalmente la alegría de vivir

I feel like a very lucky person because throughout my life I have learned to find joy in the simplest and most simple thing, that definitely changes your way of living and thinking, before it was the opposite, I only focused on the negative and that was the only thing that came to my head.... Today I can say that I totally feel the joy of living.
