Sin mucha planificación me fui hacer mi eco tiroideo y todos los exámenes, sufrí mucho la espera y la ansiedad me consumía jajaja, pero al final de la tarde los fui a retirar y oficialmente puedo decir que el ejercicio transformó mi vida y tengo cero dudas de eso, aun tengo nódulos en mi tiroides pero se redujo un 70%, los exámenes que tenían que salir negativos salieron! Sin duda alguna tengo que agradecerle a Dios porque eran determinante para lo estilo de vida
