My 2024 Plans
The year 2023 was a roller coaster as I had a lot of things planned out but they turned out differently.
I made plans, took decisions, made resolutions but obviously, some played out well while others didn't come out so well.
I noted the loop holes and saw where I needed to improve and I have made new plans for the year 2024.
Have clear, realistic goals: The inability to appropriately/clearly define my goals have kept them too big to be achieved, they look ambiguous and unachievable.I have resolved to set clear,realistic goals not ambiguous ones.
Clear goals broken into simple achievable tasks that point to what I am to do at each given time.
Pursue the goal with consistency:
Inconsistency has been a major factor that has kept me from achieving majority of my goals hence, I have resolved to put measures in place to consistently pursue the goals by achieving little wins daily,weekly or even monthly.
Record my wins and learn from my mistakes:
I have resolved to record every wins no matter how little, this will contribute to encouraging me and inturn help me stay consistent in pushing to achieving my set goals. I have to learn from failures encountered, pick out loopholes, learn on how to be better and scale higher heights.
Build relationships: In this year 2024, building quality relationships is a top priority for me as I have learnt overtime that relationship is a currency just like 💲, 💵. Having a bank full of it is worthwhile.
Adding value to people, impacting them and bringing the best out of them are ways I can achieve the goal of building solid relationships.
Building my Spiritual life: This is very paramount for me, as it is the basis of my success,if my spiritual life is in confusion I might not do much in achieving my set goals, hence this year I have made a resolution to have my consecration intact and be serious with my convictions as regards my spiritual life.
These are my goals for the year 2024, and I hope to exceed my expectation at the end of the year.

I understand the importance of quality friends, They can be a source encouragement, look after your interest, a peer group to confide with but more importantly to tell you the truth that may test your friendship, willing to lose that friendship than to see you hurt yourself. "Faithful, are the wounds of a friend."
