Traffic is one of the most common thing we're accustom to on the street of Lagos, to the point where we literally wake up as early as possible to beat it in the morning and effortless embraces it in the evening daily as we go about our daily lives affairs, so basically, I've had many experience with traffic down the years.

One of my worst experience with traffic was about ten years ago, it's was a beautiful Saturday, and my uncle was getting married that same day, so I and other family members boarded a vehicle that convey us to the location, bit prior to us leaving the house, I had a running stomach, which made try to skip going to the wedding, but non of my relatives is having it, cause they felt it's all excuse for me not to attend.

They assured me that we'll surely see a restroom at the bride place or at the reception ground, but unfortunately for me, the restroom at the reception was badly messed up, so I couldn't use it, I had to brace up myself throughout the program, not eating anything, yet my stomach jingled like I've had a taste of all the food being served their.

Luckily the wedding was concluded at about 2pm, meaning will be on our way home once again, but then we ended up in a traffic jam, congestion or should I just call it gridlock, the journey home that wasn't suppose to take more than 1 hour of driving, is still on after 4 hours, I was sweating profusely, and matter got more worst each time the vehicle pass a traffic speed bumb or fell into a pothole.

I almost shit my pant that very day lolz 🤣, and no matter how much I beg the driver, he refuse to let me go down, well I understand we were in an open environment with most of the building being a workplace, but then the more we get closer to the house, the more worst I feel.

We later got home at about few minutes to seven, and I drifted swiftly straight to the toilet to relieve myself, that was a very terrible day, and ever since then I make sure I watch what I eat before embarking on a long journey, so I can avoid story that touches the heart.

No matter how funny it sounds, it's not funny at all, why will you even dare make such a mistake, now the party would not even be fun again because all that was on your mind was how to relieve yourself.

Well, it's a good thing it was not more than what it was 😁.

Lols that's true o, it's very funny, people will quickly know something is wrong with you via the sweat.

Oh dear, so sorry for the inconvenience and thank God you were able to hold on till you got home. Your experience made me remember a colleague who had a similar experience.
We were in a colleague's car on our way home and as usual the Lagos 3rd mainland bridge traffic, we spent like 4 hours just to get to the end of the bridge the young man that was so pressed had to look for a place on the bridge to help himself. Traffic can mess you up, In my own experience, I slept on the road. So far you live in Lagos you must have a traffic story. It was nice to read your funny 🤣🤣story and thanks for sharing
