Wednesday walk // My walk around the Hospital

Going to the hospital is one of the ways we get to reflect and appreciate having every part of our body intact and being able to walk around whenever we feel like without needing the assistant of others to wheel us around.

Walking is one of the common sporting/exercise activity I engage in constantly, and today I'll be sharing my walking tour around the Unilorin Teaching Hospital, when I went for an ultrasound check at the Crestview Radiology Ltd.

On arriving at the premises, I pass through the emergency department, and saw the emergency vehicle park close to the building and some people sitting close to the entrance.

Moving on, I saw a man sitting on the wheelchair being wheel by his relatives, and then I saw another man who's support himself with a cane walk ahead of me.

On getting to the Crestview Radiology Ltd, I saw a canopy placed outside so people sit to avoid overcrowding inside, since they're observing the Covid guideline, I was fortunate to be ushered in immediately because the receptionist was my friend and I've called to info her earlier about my coming.

After making payment I was ask to sit for sometime, so I snap some selfie and also snap the receptionist attending to others.

I was later lead to the passage that lead to the ultrasound and x-ray room, and there I saw a woman on the wheelchair, a man laying down on a stretcher and others. I wish everyone of them a quick recovery as I learn to the gift of freedom to walk around whenever I felt like. I was ushered into the ultrasound room, where I was checked and the results was out after some hours.
