painting of a Tasmanian Lake
Hey there good people,
Thanks to @barbz visit to the cradle mountains in Tasmania, and providing the lovely reference for this painting,
, he was able to take a photo that look soo, good that I just couldn't resist, so I went on I did my own painting,
hers the link to the post if you wanna check out the full details https://hive.blog/hiking/@barbz/cradle-mountain
i also wish to some day visit a place like that also,
@barbz you are one lucky dude. so with all that said
here's the process:
from the sketch i already knew what i was really gonna be focusing on in the reference , and that was the shed, so in my painting i made the shed a little bit bigger than its original self
going into the detailing, i tried to use brighter saturated colors that are way more brighter than the original
before i finished i added an overlay in the mountains at the far back just to give it that distant feeling , just like adding depth of field in 3d, to separate it more from the vocal point in the foreground
so that will be all for now everybody ,
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR STOPPING BY,
and ill see you in the next one.
Your digital paintings are absolutely stunning! The way you use digital tools to create a beautiful composition with layers, colors, and textures is truly impressive....👍
yeah i just use the default brushes on clip studio for them, I'm not really a texture fan so to speak, its just normal stroke work. thank you so much for the comment i really appreciate it
What a amazing painting, it's pretty detailed!
thank you so much i really appreciate it.
i didn't really use that much detail in it though.
