Splinterlands Art Contest Week 222! light Bearer

Hello there, hope you doing good, as we are all preparing to start the new year, and do better than the last one, what are the things that you hope to improve on, where do you see yourself at, in the coming months. For me one of the things i wanna work on is more, character designing , ive been involved in too many background painting projects im beginning to foget some anantomical structures of the body i learnt while i was just starting art.

heres the process:

at first i wanted a simple pose, something not too exaggerated, so i could finish up on time
but then i realized that the pose wasn't good enough, so i decided to make it more dynamic although it isnt dynamic enough,

i wanted to run away from drawing the hands, but actually hands are really fun to draw if you really just follow the fundamentals

i used the colors of my nation to color my character, and well i tried to get the colors management right.
