Cold and wet city - series of images taken during the rainy walk in Jerusalem.

Hello here. I was silent here on Hive during the last 11 days. I got tired of the daily posts, and votes and trying to create some interesting content and of course to get more rewards (otherwise, what I'm doing here), but somehow all the attention and the rewards goes down tougher and tougher, so I gave up.

Last weekend was cold, windy, and rainy and I very naturally decided to drive somewhere. I found myself driving to the usual location - Jerusalem city. The way was foggy, but this time I choose road 443 and it was very difficult to stop my car on the roadside because of the restrictions of the area around, so I just went directly to Jerusalem, but closed the Waze application and got lost in the unfamiliar to me districts.

Finally, I have reached the destination street, where I wanted to park and to go for a beer in the comfortable for me Sira pub.

It was around 7C but as was written in the weather application - feels like 4C. And yes, the cold was very unusual and the rain poured like from a bucket. I enjoyed the filing of getting cold, wet, and tired to walk in these weather conditions and to know that I always can go to my car and leave the city :-)

I never forget to look up during my walks :-)

Jerusalem_Mount_of_Olives_2022_by_Victor_Bezrukov.jpg

I photographed this scenery from the Mount of Olives or Jabal al-Zaytun in Arabic.
" The mount has been used as a Jewish cemetery for over 3,000 years and holds approximately 150,000 graves". (from Wiki).
You can see the walls of the Jerusalem old city and the Golden Dome of the Rock or Qubbat aṣ-Ṣakhra on the Temple Mount.
