Hi! My Name is Victoria || Ladies of Hive

Hello ladies of Hive!

I have done this intro thing a couple of times already my first one is by now a couple of years old since it was my very first post on the old blockchain you can read it here I was so innocent and childless lol.

And then I did one for Hive that you can read here. So, here I am thinking how can I make this intro any different? And I have not idea! Lol

I’m just going to start with the basics…

Hi, my Name is Victoria!

Actually, Maria Victoria but I don’t use my first name at all, is not the I don’t like it is just I don’t know my sister name is Maria Alejandra so since we both have the same first name, we don’t use it much to avoid confusion.

I’m a mom, a lawyer and a chocolate lover.

I got pregnant of my kid just one week after getting on the blockchain so… yeah hank you Steem for that lol, he is actually going to turn 2 next week and even tho I didn’t imagine being a mom before now I cant imagine not having him in my life, he is my everything I even share the last chocolate piece with him that is how you know I love him more than words.

I graduated from law school in the middle of 2017 but I haven’t really practice it that much, I want to continue my studies and get a master’s degree on International Criminal Law, but cause of the economical situation and the pandemic that has been put on hold for now, is not something I worry about too much cause I know I will get it done when I have more money and time, I went to law school with a lady who was 60 years old so I know that it doesn’t matter how old you are what matter is to never give up on your dreams.

I love chocolate almost as much as I love my kid, lmao, I am obsessed with it and I don’t hide it, white, milk or dark chocolate I don’t care I love them all!!! I don’t think this needs more explanation; I love chocolate.

Other Things to know about me

I have 2 cats and 2 dogs, technically I only have 1 cat since she is my first born child (adoptive kind of child) and the others came with my boyfriend he was a single dad when I meet him and took his 2 dogs and cat under my care so, I’m their stepmom lol.

I’m from Venezuela and I am 33 years old OMG I can’t believe I’m am that old I feel like a little kid still. I moved from my hometown to come live with my boyfriend and I hate it here but I love him so, I suck it up and just try my best to not hate it as much lol. Can you believe the guy still hasn’t ask me to marry him? 1 child and 7 years later still nothing!

I talk way too much online but I’m like super shy in person.

I’m not a professional blogger at all, even tho I always wanted to have one I don’t really know how to be a blogger so, in Hive I mostly post about my life, I know boring and nope nobody reads me but I don’t really don’t care I like to have a place to share whatever it comes to my mind. I have been sharing a little bit of my new found love for photography and I can do a food post once in a while (yes, I went through the phase of quarantine of cooking whatever recipe I came across).

I also do a lot of tutorials to help users especially new ones, I love Hive it has help me a lot so is my way to give back all that I have gain in here. and I am a curator and moderator for Minnowsupport / PALNet.

I would say my new and most exciting job on Hive is the Motherhood Community it takes a lot of work to make it grow but looking how pretty is gotten since I made it makes me feel proud!

I also help run a couple of initiatives like the Spanish Twitter chat #HiveChat and coordinate with the wonderful @traciyork the Hive Power Up Day initiative I mainly focus on helping the Hispanic community.

Even tho I am Venezuelan and I do focus a lot of my curations and initiatives on the Hispanic community I love to help whenever I can wherever I can doesn’t matter the language.

Anyways that is for now is lovely to have a community for us ladies and I’m happy and proud of being part of such a wonderful group!
