Winner Selection // Selección de Ganadores
To select the winners, I took into account the rules and the % of growth for the Power Up meaning that it didn’t matter if you did a huge power up, it matters most if you did a bigger % power up compared to your previous HP.
Para seleccionar a los ganadores, tome en cuenta las reglas y el % de crecimiento, lo que significa que no importaba si hiciste un power up enorme, importa más si hiciste un % de aumento mayor en comparación con su HP anterior.
source @hivebuzzFor orca Month we had the amazing and huge help of @arcange who provided a list of the users that meet the criteria establish in the rule & prizes post. We then proceeded to verify curation and engagement history to prevent abuse of the delegations and to award a good standing hiver.
Para el premio de orca contamos con la increíble y enorme ayuda de arcange, quien proporcionó una lista de los usuarios que cumplen con los criterios establecidos en la publicación de reglas y premios. Luego procedimos a verificar el historial de curacion y comentarios para evitar el abuso de las delegaciones y otorgar el premio a un buen hiver.

Delegation Rules
Both winners will be monitored to make sure not abuse happens yet we have some
Requirements to make sure they keep the delegations for the whole month, if they dont fullfil this the delegations will be pull from them.
Requirements/rules
- No self upvotes
- No comment upvotes above 25%
- Spread the love & don't vote the same few accounts daily
- Not automatization or following trail we want to encourage manual curation.
We also have some Suggestions
- No more than ten 100% upvotes to help keep your VP in a good number and also to help you spread the love.
- Try to keep your voting power above 70%
Ambos ganadores serán monitoreados para asegurarnos de que no ocurra abuso, pero tenemos alguns relgas para asegurarse de que mantengan las delegaciones durante todo el mes, si no las delegaciones serán retiradas.
Requisitos / reglas
- No Autovotos
- No votar comentarios a más del 25%.

Feedback from the December 1st Hive Power Up Day
The Hispanic Community had a good number of participats even tho the Hive price was high at the moment we didnt manage to do as bigger amount of Hive power up as previous months but still is good to see that even with high prices we still have some participation in this activity!

Acabo de terminar de delegar en @alteramelia, agregada a la delegación que hice a @coquicoin para #HivePUD (sabía que debería haber verificado estos resultados primero ... jejeje) y dejé mi delegación del mes pasado a @lepe.
Además, hace algunos meses comencé una cosa (inspirada en @fionasfavourites) donde puse a todos los delegados en mi lista automática de votos a favor del mes. Acabo de agregar @alteramelia, ya había agregado @coquicoin y me quedo con @lepe (nuevamente desde el mes pasado). También eliminé @cryptoaldea y @hjrrodriguez (junto con sus delegaciones, claro). Para que todos sepan por qué les he votado a favor el mes pasado y por qué dejé de hacerlo hoy.

I've just finished delegating to @alteramelia, added to the delegation I made to @coquicoin for #HivePUD (I knew I should've checked these results first...lol) and left my delegation from last month to @lepe.
Also, some months ago I started a thing (inspired by @fionasfavourites) where I put everyone I delegated to on my auto upvote list for the month. I've just added @alteramelia, had already added @coquicoin, and am keeping @lepe (again from last month). I also removed @cryptoaldea and @hjrrodriguez (along with their delegations, of course). Just so everyone knows why I've been upvoting them this past month and why I've stopped today.

@imfarhad @damarysvibra hi guys i forgot to add a very important rule to the delegations prizes and that is for you guys to please don't do a power down for at least 2 months (current while you have the delegation and 1 month after) since the idea is to help you grow your own HP it would be against the spirit of the initiative and the idea behind the prizes for you guys to start a power down.
as with the other rules we will take this pretty seriously and will remove the delegations if it happens.
Yes, i agree with your rule and will follow it. Infact my goal is to reach dolphin by end of 2022.
