Cómo elaboré mi nuevo túnel a partir de un bolígrafo | How I made my new tunnel from a ballpoint pen [ENG-ESP]

¡Hola amigos! Estoy muy emocionado por lo bienvenido que me he sentido en Hive y esta vez quiero mostrarles esta fabulosa idea que se ocurrió hace unos días y fue la de elaborar un túnel para mi oreja realizado con tan sólo un lápiz de tinta.

Hello friends! I am very excited about how welcome I have felt in Hive and this time I want to show you this fabulous idea that came up a few days ago and it was to elaborate a tunnel for my ear made with just an ink pen.

En la imagen siguiente podemos observar los materiales que utilice para elaborar el túnel que son una hoja de segueta, un yesquero y el tubo de plástico que conforma el bolígrafo y protege el filtro de la tinta en el interior de este, es algo bastante sencillo que me emociono con los buenos resultados que obtuve.

In the following image we can see the materials that I used to make the tunnel, which are a saw blade, a plasterboard and the plastic tube that forms and protects the ink filter inside it, it is something quite simple that excited me with the good results I got.

Para empezar a elaborar el túnel dispuse del tubo de plástico del bolígrafo y luego con el yesquero lo fui calentando poco a poco, para posteriormente hacer presión sobre una superficie plana hasta conseguir un pequeño borde

To start making the tunnel, I used the plastic tube of the pen and then I heated it little by little with the tinder, and then I pressed it on a flat surface until I got a small edge.

Seguidamente me asegure de esperar un momento a que se enfriará o lo sumergía en agua para que no quedará torcido; repetí estos pasos varias veces hasta formar un borde lo suficientemente alto para que no se sostuviese en el orificio de la oreja.

I then made sure to wait a moment for it to cool or I dipped it in water so that it would not get crooked; I repeated these steps several times until it formed a rim high enough so that it would not hold in the ear hole.

Pero aun restaba un orificio en el medio y para solucionarlo tome un pequeño pedazo del mismo lápiz que entrará en el orificio luego lo calenté y presione hasta tener una superficie plana. Luego de asegurarme que quedará lo más plano posible. con una lija fina rectifique todos los bordes sobre todo los de la parte interna para que ningún borde pudiese molestar en la oreja.

But there was still a hole in the middle and to fix it I took a small piece of the same pencil that will fit in the hole then I heated it and pressed it until I had a flat surface. After making sure it would be as flat as possible, I sanded all the edges with fine sandpaper, especially the inner part so that no edge would bother the ear.
