Celestial Harpy

Hola amigos de hive, como están? Espero que estén muy bien, he llegado aquí a dar mi participación en el concurso semanal de Splinterlands Art Context 232 para este día he querido realizar una ilustración quise hacerle un #fanart a la hermosa Celestial Harpy me gustó mucho el personaje desde que lo vi y pensé que sería bastante bueno volver a realizar un dibujo con plumas y alas( spoiler no lo fue). Me pareció una carta bonita y me la imaginaba toda mística, por ello quise realizar una pose que la haga ver con encanto y poder, Tomó bastanté tiempo la mezcla de colores y el darle volumen y forma a las alas, así como también me llevó tiempo el boceto porque no lucía como quería o no me gustaba la pose.

Hello, hive friends, how are you? I hope you’re all right, I have come here to give my participation in the weekly contest of Splinterlands Art Context 232 for this day I wanted to make an illustration I wanted to make a #fanart to the beautiful Celestial Harpy I liked very much the character since I saw it and I thought it would be quite good to go back to drawing with feathers and wings( spoiler was not). I thought it was a nice letter and I imagined it all mystical, so I wanted to perform a pose that makes it look charming and powerful, It took quite a while to mix colors and give volume and shape to the wings, as well as the sketch took time because I didn’t look like I wanted or I didn’t like the pose.

Si ya se que no es la primera vez que pinto alas en alguna ilustración, ya es mi segunda vez pero mejorado porque la primera vez simplemente las hice y ya pero hoy vine inspirada y dije toca pintar con sudor y lágrimas las alas. Honestamente considero que no es mi fuerte este tipo de dibujos con personajes "voladores" pero para no ser experta tampoco es que me salga tan mal, al menos no da cringe, al final estoy muy contenta con el resultado.

If I already know that it is not the first time that I paint wings in some illustration, it is already my second time but improved because the first time I simply did them and already but today I came inspired and I said to paint the wings with sweat and tears. I honestly consider that it is not my strong this type of drawings with "flying" characters but not to be an expert is not that I go so badly, at least not cringe, in the end I am very happy with the result.

Celestial Harpy se les llaman a si porque habitan en los pico mas altos de las montañas y prefieren vivir en zonas tranquilas llenas de paz y tranquilidad. Son difíciles de ver porque se camuflajean con el cielo ya que son de color azul y blanco cielo, son buenos trayendo melodías lindas, las arpías viven en un mundo de belleza, tranquilidad, libertad y arte. Los clanes de las arpías son muy unidos ya que cuando vienen cazadores para robárselas por dinero, trabajan en equipo para defenderse y se ayudan unos a los otros y no muestran misericordia a aquellos que les quieren quitar su libertad.

Celestial Harpy are called to themselves because they inhabit the highest peaks of the mountains and prefer to live in quiet areas full of peace and tranquility. They are difficult to see because they camouflage with the sky as they are blue and white sky, they are good at bringing beautiful melodies, the harpies live in a world of beauty, tranquility, freedom and art. The clans of the harpies are very close because when hunters come to steal them for money, they work as a team to defend themselves and help each other and show no mercy to those who want to take their freedom.

Como primer paso realizó el boceto en el que plasmó mis ideas y las hago ilustración, pues empecé a hacer distintas poses hasta ver cuál quedaba bien al dibujo y luego de decidir empiezo a realizar el dibujo completo ya que mi principal idea era realizar al personaje como una ave bastante majestuosa, llena de paz y belleza. Entonces se me ocurrió hacer el personaje como delicado y encantador. Además le agregué algo más al dibujo y es que le agregué como una falda larga y acolchonada quería que se viera más tierna y encantadora así que le agregué ese accesorio.

As the first step I made the sketch in which I reflected my ideas and I make them illustration, I began to make different poses until I saw which one looked good to the drawing and after deciding I start to make the complete drawing since my main idea was to realize the character as a rather majestic bird, full of peace and beauty. Then it occurred to me to make the character as delicate and charming. Also I added something else to the drawing and that is that I added it as a long and padded skirt I wanted to make it look more tender and charming so I added that accessory.
Una vez de tener el boceto realizado comienzo con el coloreado me fui a ver cuáles tonos de colores usaré y se verán bien al dibujo y así poder armar todo lo que vendría siendo el coloreado del personaje.

Le coloree los ojos trate de difuminar el ojo y agregarle algunos detalles de blanco y brillitos.

Try to blend the eye and add some white and shiny details.

Luego le hice como la cresta de diferentes tonos de azules y de detalles le agregué como tonos de morado a algunas zonas del dibujo y un poco de blanco, además de pintarle las cejas, después le hago la parte inferior del cuerpo y luego le hago su parte superior del cuerpo.

Then I made him like the crest of different shades of blue and details I added as shades of purple to some areas of the drawing and a little white, in addition to painting his eyebrows, then I do the lower body and then I do his upper body.

Luego le hago la piel y lo sombreo como de un color naranja y también le coloco rubor a los cachetes del personaje. Por último le hago las alas y la falda también de colores azules, blanco, morado y gris pero en este caso lo quise hacer en colores claros o pasteles para que resalte el resto del dibujo y no se vea todo tan simple.

Then I make the skin and I shade it like an orange and I also blush the cheeks of the character. Finally I make the wings and skirt also blue, white, purple and gray but in this case I wanted to do it in light colors or cakes so that the rest of the drawing stands out and it does not look all so simple.

Teniendo todo el trabajo hecho lo siguiente que hago son los detalles finales como el fondo, que lo que hice fue colorearlo todo de azul y tomé la herramienta de acuarela de sal que es para realizar el cielo. En la parte superior con el aerógrafo con el color blanco le agregué unos destellos brillantes y luminosos al dibujo y pues listo eso sería todo el proceso del dibujo, aquí les muestro el resultado final del dibujo.

Having all the work done the next thing I do are the final details like the background, that what I did was color everything blue and I took the salt watercolor tool that is to make the sky. At the top with the airbrush with the white color I added some bright and luminous flashes to the drawing and ready that would be the whole process of drawing, here I show you the final result of the drawing.
