I do a number of things to get rid of boredom

looking at the title of the topic this time, I'm back here to write down some of the things that I often do when I'm bored, for myself boredom is something that comes by itself when we start to get bored with some of the work we do or start to get bored with the state of the house that makes us feel bored so we need some things to do refreshing

as I experience every day, I work Monday to Friday and start work from 8 to 12 noon and after that I have time to take a short break and come back to work 2 pm to 5 of course making every day I am in boredom where every time I have to work in front of the laptop and also fill in some data, of course, it makes the body condition start to get bored, and when we are bored, whatever we do, of course, is no longer in focus, we start to be lazy in doing anything, especially when there is some constraints so we have to repeat the same job every day

some things that I often do when boredom starts to come to me where I have to rest for a while to recover everything, so that I can return to work smoothly, usually I fill that bored time by watching some funny videos or listening to some other music so that I quickly I can recover my mind so that I can focus again, but not only that, I always set aside one day, namely Sunday, to spend with my family.

because of being busy with work every day of course we have very little time with our family, I don't think we are the only ones who feel bored, but the wife at home also feels the same way because she is busy cleaning up some homework every day and taking care of the children so that it makes her too feel bored, therefore I always try to take one day to spend with my family, because in my area there are so many sea tourism spots I always choose this place to relieve my boredom after working several days and I'm sure this place is so comfortable to enjoy

almost everyone in my area chooses weekends to travel with family so there are many families there who are enjoying the sea conditions to get rid of their boredom, whatever our job I'm sure there are times when we have to do refreshments to several places to recover our boredom
