How are you doing? Today's era is an age of entrepreneurship, startups, influencers, new skills and modern means to put ideas into creative and make a business out of it. Business is empowering lifes and especially of women entrepreneurs. In India, if we talk about two to three decades back, there are hardly any women in business, also the society normal of a business or self dependent women was not acceptable. Even today in a world run by man's women are finding a name and place for themselves. Business and entrepreneurship has been a great for women. New age women are not just classified into business of art, fashion, food etc so called women related fields of work. This norm and conception had been changing allready. We see women entrepreneurs in almost every sphere.

Earlier women feared to live there houses in search of job, the work place were not safe for them, less opportunities for women in field work. Businesses have empowered women, young girls, single mothers to take charge for their lives and earn as name and fame for themselves. Many times they are judged even harassed by society. But it's the business acumen that can make a person confident, focused and drive through though and critical situations as well.

Businesses have given a new shape to economies and greater and wider employment opportunities. In India people are mostly dependent on jobs. Even if they have money, interest and business knowledge but then also they fear to venture into such areas because there is prevalent norm of doing 9-5 jobs which has been a accepted norm. Everyone thinks business is not there cup of tea, until one sips into it. We have seen many real life of form rags to riches.

Consider the case of Amazon and Netflix. I believe almost everyone of us use these 2 platforms widely and definitely know how they are epitome of business. Amazon established by Jeff Bezos in 1994 and he built the company from the scratch by working in his Garage. Any today Amazon is top at its game, apart from top web commerce platform it has dived into different fields. Netflix on the other hand founded on the simple idea of selling and renting VHS and DVDs. And today it's the largest OTT platform available globally and users base of multiple languages.

Business has not only empowered lives, it empowered youth, empowered new ideas and innovation at large. Now if we look around we can easily found self made millionaires. A new age of self dependent and being the boss of our own has quite scattered around. It's great for everyone, we need more business ideas, more entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs and businesses create more jobs. A successful business is a result of year long of hard work, sacrifice, perseverance, risk taking ability, sleepless nights among others things. No businesses are built overnight.
