Hello Everyone, Namaste πŸ™πŸ˜Š

How are you doing? We all have favourite kind of drinks we usually enjoy and drink on everyday basis but if I had to choose one beverage that's just more than a drink to me than it will be definitely TEA β˜• for sure. Tea is more than just a drink in India. It's a emotion connecting every Indian. Tea is a part of Indian household and it's a celebration in itself. For majority of Indians day starts with tea itself. Early morning tea commonly preferred as Bed Tea is a lifestyle habit prevalent here in India.

India Tea or Chai i would say as local name of Indian Tea is Chai. Every Indian is a hardcore Chai or Tea lover. It's more than just a addiction. Tea is a stress reliever, a get together beverage. Tea stalls are quite familiar and famous hangout places in India. Moreover lately we have seen few young Millionairess earning fame through tea business. I had been consuming tea since childhood as i already said it is a inbuilt part of Indian families or we can also say Tea is just another member of the house, lol πŸ˜‚.

In India basically Milk tea is widely consumed. Here is a quick recipe of Indian Milk Tea:

Ingredients - Water, Milk, Dried Tea Leaves, Ginger & Cardamom, Sugar
Optional - Tulsi Leaves

Process: Take a cup of water and add Crushed Ginger & Cardamom into it. Boil for a minute and the add dried tea leaves powder into it. Boil it for a minute and the add milk into it , boil it for another 3-4 minutes. Add sugar into it . A hot sipping cup of tea is ready to enjoy.

However there are other varieties of tea quite popular and consumed here such as black tea, Lemon tea and green tea. Then there is Coffee as well. But nothing else is as famous as and loved as Indian Milk Tea. It's something not to be avoided and devoid of as well. Although Tea was introduced by britishers in India but Indians have adopted it as a part of culture itself and now we have own indigenous quality to it.

Here Morning and Evening Tea is Just a normal routine of majority of people. However there are many who can easily exhaust tea for around 5-6 times a day. Especially in winters, due to cold tea is the most convenient and loved beverage. For me the best comfort in winters is a hot cup of tea. In Office culture also, having tea is a must ritual, without having the tea does one does feel the urge to do ones work. Tea and tea sellers are no less than a celebrity nowadays, it has reached such great heights that even Bill Gates couldn't resist the temptation to meet and greet the famous Tea Maker in Nagpur ie.Dolly ki Tapri or Dolly Chaiwala.

Tea is everywhere and in every part of Indian society. It's the best beverage on celebrations, weddings, outdoors etc. During Monsoon season, Tea is a very popular choice among couples. Sipping the hit Cup of Tea in a rainy day is just feel very romantic and special moment. With Tea, we are making moments special and unforgettable. I had very interesting relationship with Tea as well. I try to limit my milk tea consumption in summers and focus more on Green Tea and Chamomile Tea. However in winters, i can't resist myself and happen to immerse myself into the happiness of ginger milk tea. The tea game has always been strong and influential in India, there are many stories and gossips revolving around the tea stalls. We have very famous and notorious saying in India that famous news gossips are happen to spread at tea stalls only. It is not hard to say that we Indians had the utmost influence of tea in our lives that hasn't been the case for any other food or beverage. Here is my today's Cup of tea 😊:

Absolutely true Tea is Life for us in India.

I happen to live in a Tea Garden and trust me when i say that even though i have stayed in differnt tea gardens for over 30 years i still find new varieties of tea that completely surprises me altogether in taste, colour and overall theme in itself.

Tea is simply wonderful.
