Hubo un día que recibimos una notificación de corte de suministro por deudas acumuladas. Era una deuda bastante grande y no había como pagarla en su totalidad. Fue entonces que pensé en cómo solucionar este problema que se nos presentaba repentinamente. Y el tiempo empezaba a correr puesto que nos daban sólo 72 horas para satisfacer la deuda.
En eso pensé inmediatamente en el dinero que había generado con las criptomonedas. Así que me vi en la obligación de hacerme cargo de esa deuda, que en principio podría no ser mía porque había sido generada anteriormente por otras personas. Pero que, como actualmente uso ese servicio, la consideré totalmente mía.
La deuda era aproximadamente 35000 ARS, es decir unos 177 USD, de los cuales mi familia iba a saldar una parte. Así que faltaban solo unos 110 USD, los cuales decidí pagar yo. Entonces no tenía forma de hacer las impresiones sin tener que acudir a un Cyber Café aunque, después de todo, tuve que hacerlo.
Lo primero que intenté fue ver si podía recortar la primera página pero el resultado no fue bueno. Se había pixelado y aparte de eso no logré cubrir la página entera. Lo otro que intenté fue quitar páginas con una herramienta online. Si bien funcionó con la primer boleta, para las siguientes... ¡Me pedía hacerme Premium!

Creo que situaciones así en las que tienes muy poco tiempo se darán muchas veces en nuestra vida cotidiana. Pero hay algo positivo, de las experiencias se aprende sobre cómo resolver problemáticas.
Justo ayer conversaba con @andrewmusic sobre esto. Me había dicho que por qué no simplemente iba al Cyber a imprimir sólo una hoja de cada pdf. Quizás hubiese sido lo más coherente, pero en momentos en los que tienes muy poco tiempo a tu favor, no se te presenta eso que parece tan sencillo. O quizás sí pero no tienes la seguridad de que pueda salir como lo esperas. Por ejemplo, imprimir por error hojas de más, las cuales son innecesarias y tener que pagar el excedente con el dinero destinado a pagar la deuda original.
Espero que les haya interesado lo que les conté. Si algo hay que decir, siempre hay solución para todo tipo de inconveniente. Es cuestión de idear.
And the last attempt was the final one, I remembered that when printing it allowed you to select the sheets, so I selected only the first one and saved it as a pdf. Maybe it would have been the most coherent thing to do, but at times when you have very little time on your side, you are not presented with what seems so simple. Or maybe it does, but you are not sure that it will work out as you expect it to. For example, printing by mistake extra sheets, which are unnecessary, and having to pay the surplus with the money destined to pay the original debt.

Me acuerdo cuando la impresora se me trabó cuando tenía que imprimir un formulario para la facultad y ya tenía que salir a tomar el colectivo, siempre hacen lo mismo estas máquinas, y mi hermano siempre se acuerda de eso porque yo estaba enojadísima y se ríe, quedó como anécdota.
