Hola familia de @fulldeportes les saludo deseándoles que el Eterno les bendiga con abundancia de salud y de prosperidad en todos las cosas que emprendan. Es grato para mi compartir nuevamente unos ejercicios de Estiramiento de Miembros Inferiores en Adultos Mayores, es de mencionar que esta rutina tiene como finalidad fortalecer las piernas en los Adultos Jóvenes como les digo por cariño.
En esta ocasión realizaremos ejercicios de Flexión, Extensión, Rotación , a fin de tener mejor condiciones de salud y por ende envejecer activamente.
Hello @fulldeportes family I greet you wishing you that the Eternal One blesses you with abundance of health and prosperity in all the things you undertake. It is a pleasure for me to share again some Lower Limbs Stretching Exercises for Older Adults, it is worth mentioning that this routine is intended to strengthen the legs in Young Adults as I call them by affection.
This time we will perform exercises of Flexion, Extension, Rotation, in order to have better health conditions and therefore to age actively.
