Hola a todos Mi nombre es Cristian tengo 18 años soy atleta de Calistenia desde hace aproximadamente 3 años conocí este deporte gracias a @david-workout y desde ahí no he parado de entrenar llevo aproximadamente 2 años entrenando estáticos y un 1 año ya compitiendo.
Conocí a @swc-oficial en sus eventos de exhibición que hacen por todo es país fui a varias como invitado y se lo agradezco un montón, pretendo compartirles la mayoría de mi conocimiento de mis rutinas y hacerlos crecer en este ambiente que es el deporte a través de mis entrenamientos.
Hello everyone My name is Cristian, I am 18 years old, I am a Calisthenics athlete for approximately 3 years. I discovered this sport thanks to @david-workout and since then I have not stopped training. I have been training statically for approximately 2 years and have already been competing for 1 year.
I met @swc-oficial at their exhibition events that they do all over the country. I went to several of them as a guest and I thank them a lot. I intend to share with them most of my knowledge of my routines and make them grow in this environment that is sport. through my training.
