Sunday at Piano delle Nere (IT)

Last Sunday we decided to go on mountain.
During this days, it seems that Spring is arrived so we searched on Komoot, my favourite app for walking, a path not too far from my home.

We looked at the drop (600m), the starting and ending altitude (from 1000m to 1600m) in order to not find snow and time needed.

At the end we found "Piana delle Nere".
It is a plain at 1.600m next to Torino, a big city in Nord-West of Italy.

At the start of the path we found a big sign that indicates where you have to turn in order to reach the place.

The sun was covered by clouds but after two hours it was better.
The path wasn't so good. I didn't see on Komoot that there's to much paved road... But there weren't too many cars.
The only problem was that we had to take our dog every time a car arrived...

During the path we found a lot of votive chapels.
I love this tradition on our country.
Sometimes you can find literally works of art painted from local artist.

Snow wad on the mountain but little higher than us.

After we arrived, we had lunch and with the stomach full, we decided to rest and sleep

Before Bulla (our fantastic dog) and my wife.

And after it was my turn

What do you think about our little travel?
