Poverty is can really be considered as a disease, indeed. Like you said, people, especially who are on the top, even the some average will take advantage to the poorest ones. They will make sure that they will outsmart and keep the gap expand more and more from people they want to be on the bottom and without mercy, they will not show any conscience from being greedy.
