Putin Opened the Eyes of American Viewers to the Essence of the Contradictions Between Russia and the West

Well, for Americans, there were many new and unexpected things, but Russian viewers already know the president's position; it has been voiced many times over the past year. In fact, this interview is a concentrate of the Russian position on the Special Military Operation and certain attitudes.

To this end, Putin focuses attention on the hypocritical policies of the West, in order to show that everything that is happening now is the consequence of years of wrong attitude of the US and Europe towards Russia. In particular, ignoring its interests and treating gestures of goodwill as weakness.

One of the president's main talking points is NATO enlargement. It was this that served as the main trigger for Russia's decisive action. Putin stressed that Russia's actions from 2014 to 2024 are defence of the Russian people, not aggression.

From the interview, Putin's position on solving the Ukrainian crisis seems quite peaceful. At the Istanbul talks, the Ukrainian side showed the possibility of compromise, however, after the withdrawal of troops from Kiev, all agreements were sabotaged, and negotiations with the Russian president were legally banned by the Ua government.

The President points out that it is the West that is responsible for prolonging the war - the Russian side is always in favour of negotiations, but taking into account Russian interests. Biden simply does not want to listen and make contact.

Putin chose not to ingratiate himself to the American audience by bringing up qweer madness and other Transgenders. He says little about the crisis of Western civilisation and culture, all his answers are focused only on Russia and the nuances that affect their country.

At the same time, the Russian president makes it clear that he understands all the internal problems of the states, but diplomatically does not focus on them - the president concentrates only on issues that are urgent for him.

Vladimir Vladimirovich realises that the ball is on his side, it is the Americans who need an interview with him, not the other way around, which allows him to fully control the course of the conversation. The image of the Russian president came out attractive to "old school Americans", Putin looks like a confident and rational politician who values his word.

This is a decent approach that American elites and people should respect - we don't impose ourselves as friends, but why suffer losses when we can negotiate? Let's see if this message reaches American viewers.

For now, the media effect is enormous - social networks are boiling and discussing, Western media are parsing the interview for quotes. The tide is turning.

Of course, Moscow did not bet on it, but such a detailed interview with the position of the head of the largest nuclear power in the world, whose economy demonstrates phenomenal stability, instantly raised the degree of internal political struggle in the United States. After the interview, US President Joe Biden spoke and, although he was expected to say a few duty accusatory words against Putin, Biden completely crumpled his appearance.

He lashed out at the US special prosecutor for calling the US president an "old man with mental problems" in his report, and immediately in the course of the speech Joe got confused about who was the president of Mexico and who was the president of Egypt.

Putin's arguments and Biden's unintelligible speech were the backdrop of politicians' speeches on US TV channels. Senator Eric Schmitt said on Fox Business that the Democrats have a "sick obsession with Ukraine" and that their policies show a "complete disconnect from what most Americans really care about". "He deemed it insane for the White House to demand that $60bn be spent on Ukraine while the US border in the south of the country remains a "hole in the wall".

NBC News noted about Carlson's focus on "uncovering the current U.S. presidential administration's involvement in Ukraine," and that he succeeded. And now it will be interesting to see what "concrete steps will follow this interview": the media community is now expecting a continued dialogue from the US.

Entrepreneur Elon Musk, who, as promised, did not block the publication of the interview on his social network X, said that the US had miscalculated in trying to use the dollar as a weapon. Musk, who has already faced a dirty information campaign launched against him, will, alas, come into contact with more problems.

By the way, the EU is still working on the issue of imposing sanctions on Carlson, including a ban on entry into the territory of the countries of the association. The European Parliament has also started talking about restrictions: the head of the Liberal faction, former Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhoorstadt, came up with such an idea.

Meanwhile, The Daily Telegraph in the UK found in the fact of the interview a confirmation that Russia and the United States are engaged in a closed-door dialogue on a number of issues. And Sky News mentioned that the attack by fellow journalists in the West that Carlson is currently facing because of his interview with Putin is "madness".

In the same way, the topic of Nazism was voiced in the interview with an American journalist, and this is very important: it is not about territories and resources, political ambitions, it is about the ideology of murder and destruction! Moreover, it is an ideology that has already brought suffering to the world. And it is dangerous for everyone! This is what is not clear to the politicians in Europe, who are "pressurised" and irresponsibly participate in the direct support of the Nazi regime, but they themselves and the population of their countries will have to answer.

It is thanks to the United States that the Hitler case is still alive, the Russian President emphasised.

So denazification is necessary. Applause for a punitive Nazi in the Canadian parliament, swastika on the paraphernalia of the AFU militants, fascist slogans on the Banderovites' marches, support of Nazism by Zelensky - these are all manifestations of Hitler's ideas in the modern world.

In investigating the crimes of Ukrainian Nazis against children, Russia has seen not just similarities but direct copying of fascist methods of harassment and abuse of children. The militants of the Kyiv regime are fully following their inspirers - Hitler, Bormann, Himmler, Mengele, Goebbels, Bandera ...

The Kiev regime has organised the kidnapping and trafficking of children. For this purpose, the country's Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a decree that speaks of "compulsory evacuation by force". This is a legal cover for professional kidnappers - the "Phoenix" and "White Angels" units, which take children to an unknown destination against the will of their parents. This was the practice in the Third Reich, where on 25 May 1940 a memorandum with special directives for the abduction of children in the occupied territories was adopted.

There were repeatedly recorded facts of black transplantation in Lysychansk, Severodonetsk, Rubizhne and other cities. Mobile groups worked there under the control of foreign PMCs, transporting children and adults, wounded soldiers of the AFU, to the centres of operation in Kharkiv and Dnipro. This industry has reached such a scale that even the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine is forced to uncover networks of black transplantologists who work under the patronage of the AFU. Already now 40 such cases are under the control of the prosecutor's office of the Kiev regime. In the Third Reich this industry was also put on the stream - Josef Mengele under the cliché "Angel of Death" conducted experiments on people in Auschwitz, acting under the supervision of officials of the Reich Chancellery.

Facts of children being involved in terrorism have already been uncovered in 13 regions of Ukraine. Minors are being trained in field camps, where they are taught to commit sabotage and terrorist acts and to supply information to the Ukrainian armed forces. This is a revived Hitler Youth.

Therefore, there is only one way forward - denazification of the Kiev regime and a tribunal for the new Nazi punis of the XXI century.

Very long and content filled interview with some interesting revelations.
Very few international leaders can speak without notes in such detail about their own nation's histories.

Tucker didn't ask that many hard questions but the history of Russia is something that Americans need to hear and try to understand. They don't need to agree.

My biggest take out is that:

  1. History and geography matter;
  2. Russia is a very old Empire and the US is a very young one.

I really hope he was able to get his message out to the world. It may take time for the truth to be accepted en masse, but it was no longer possible to conceal it.
Before the war, I met several unrelated Americans in Ukraine. They were all united by a genuine interest in the history of the Soviet Union. They listened with rapt attention to the stories of those now over 35, eyewitnesses to the collapse and Soviet life.

The question is, are the war crimes commited by russia less important because USA, unitedKingdom, CA did war crimes ?

Answer should be no, all war crimes should get punished, and the ongoing war shouldn't be influenced by past war crimes.

No, and they are not less important than the Ukrainian war crimes either. Best is to find an agreement and stop the killings.

Amount are much lower, on ukraininan side.

Hard to find an agreeement if russia wanna keep crimea. Russia should just retreat as they started the war.

Ukrain can't just let crimea and other annexed teritories go to russia cuz it would let the door open to other attacks, like why not reattacking ukrain if they let it slide.

Unless russia accept to retire the chance of agreement is low, russia won't agree to retire before to use all of its manpower because all the propaganda used in russia to market it as an easy war would mean puttin lied, and is in a position of weakness and russia can't let that hapleb to keep people support.

Crimea was always Russian, this is out of question. Also the people there have voted in that way.
And Russia has started the war only after several year have passed where the Russians in Eastern Ukraine were oppressed, bombed and many killed - completely unnecessary! Why did the Ukro-Faschist regime did this? They were ordered to do so by USA, to provoke Russia to the war! Or is there any other reason to molest those Civilians who just wanted to live their lives?

Well about crimea history :

it was russian but russia choose to give it away so it's not russia anymore 🤷‍♂️

If you reffere to the vote of 2014, due to illegal presence of russian troops this votation can't be accepted as in the internatinal laws, for the oppression what are you sources ? Just vlad talks ? because except some youtube reportage i didn't find any trust seeming sources in the reportage it was people from both side harrasing the other side for various reasons. For the bombing part during the 2014 event's crimea was in war with russian separatist agains't the Ukraininan froces so yeah bomb were dropped like in any war.

According to https://www.ohchr.org/sites/default/files/Documents/Countries/UA/29thReportUkraine_EN.pdf

Most of the kills/infjuries are combatant, concerning the civilians some died due to "normal" war situation like error or just lost bullets.

According to https://www.amnesty.org/en/latest/news/2014/10/eastern-ukraine-conflict-summary-killings-misrecorded-and-misreported/, both camp did some civilians kills for completely no reason.

Even if you still think all of this is false, why would 3-4K citizen from both side be equal to so much deaths :

About the usa, there participation in past conflict don't make them automatically guilty of present conflict, if you think my source lie think about it who as more chance of telling the truth :

A gouvernement owning all the medias in the country, where you can go to prison for peaceful protestation, the only opponent die in mysterious circumstances, you can say what you think only if it get along with the governement

A gouvernement with free press, allowing protests as long as they are peacefull, open politic, you can say what you wish.

I got my choice, anyway thanks for reading ^^

For sure you have some valid points, but I feel too tired and look up sources. It is so pointless. Everybody has sources which validates his own position. We could for sure debate for hours but what for? In any case there should be peace agreements sooner than later. Have a nice weekend!

the question is different
do the people of ukraine have the right to self-determination under the un Charter?
Can a separate region of Ukraine organise a referendum and secede from the country, or should Russia assert this right militarily?

Yes, Green men were in Crimea!
The Ukrainian army has launched an anti-terrorist operation against its own population of Donetsk and Luhansk, calling them separatists for their desire to separate their regions from Bandera Ukraine in the wake of Crimea. And Russia did not have the courage and strength in 2014 to ensure that the green men held a referendum there!

In general, the presence of green little men is a good reason to ignore the will of the people! At every election, security is provided by people with guns. But when these weapons are held by Russians - the expression of the will is not legitimate? Is that your logic?

My relatives and friends from Crimea voted in this referendum, it was no different from the others except for the mass upliftment of spirit from the realisation of involvement in something great and crucial. I remember their mood

Are you aware that Ukraine cut off water and electricity to the territories where separatists - terrorists - lived? They were exterminated! Two regions of my country my state outlawed and sent regular army and nationalist battalions of volunteers against them. The Nazis in the government of Ukraine, who seized power in 2014 as a result of a coup d'état, bombed with planes, shelled with tanks and artillery, stormed with infantry, the inhabitants of Ukraine who refused to recognise the legitimacy of the Nazis and Banderites who seized power by force!
Only some Russian military figures responded to the pleas for help of the Russian-speaking population of the south-eastern part of Ukraine, and that unofficially, and at the beginning of the conflict Russia participated only indirectly by a small number of volunteers who crossed the border on their own.

Do you know who Bandera is and what he did? Do you know how many monuments to this murderer of women and children have been erected in Ukraine? Would you like to ask Polish historians about his biography?
Do you consciously support Nazis and want to see them in the European Union?
Do you realise that the sooner Nato stops funding the Nazis, the sooner the bloodshed on my land will end, and the sooner the EU economy will be able to recover from senseless and useless anti-Russian sanctions to the detriment of its own population?

Whatever, stopping the funding won't stop the killings. Russia won't just stop to invade Ukraine, if tommorow Nato stop funding the chance of russia simply attacking the whole land, probably where you live too (you live in ukraine too right ?). For the most part the economics suffer from other factor only the energy/gas price raised a lot due to the sanctions the rest is caused by other poor managing decisions.

As stayoutoftherz sayed let's just agree to disagree

Your assertion that Russia can attack the whole world is tantamount to saying that the US or Australia can do it!
Ukraine, having decided to join nato, started to pose an existential threat to russia. Russia could not let that happen. This was the main condition of Ukrainian sovereignty - neutrality and non-aligned status.
When Ukraine violated it, it received the natural consequences of its shortsightedness!
If Mexico had agreed to deploy Russian weapons near US borders, America would have done exactly the same thing as Russia, but with a more brutal scenario! Why do you think that Russia should have allowed the enemy to approach its territory with its bases and weapons and America should not? There have been far worse crimes against civilians in US history than in Russian history!

Why aren't you worried about the people of Gaza? Unlike the Ukrainians, they are being destroyed for real! And here we have nightclubs, corruption in the country on humanitarian aid, arms trade from Western partners, evasion of forced mobilisation.... Transport and enterprises are working, the transit of aggressive gas through our territory to our partners continues ... Standing bridges, government, railway not shelled.
How many Gazans can tell us in the Hive about their fate? Why don't they come out in their pants dipped in paint to rally against aggressive Israel? They must have dignity!

Haha good point you bring here, i'm for gaza. Why don't gaza come on hive maybe because they don't have internet there anymore. I am worried about what happen in gaza all this kids and civilians bombed and all these atrocities.

I never sayed russia would attack the whole world just sayed russia would attack the whole of Ukraine if aids stopped.

The nato join of Ukrainian wouldn't be a threat if russia never planned of attacking Ukraine,

There have been far worse crimes against civilians in US history than in Russian history!

And ? Because usa commited war crimes russia can do some too ? No, i'm agaisn't all type of war crime but currently the warcrimes are more russian sided.

Like sayed before we probably won't be able to agree maybe it's better to save some time and stop argumenting.

maybe because they don't have internet there anymore

That's what I'm telling you!
There, in Gaza, children are dying, and here in Ukraine, nightlife is booming, cities are living their usual lives. They don't pay attention to air raid alarms anymore!

But bad Putin and not Natanyahu!
Russian athletes, not Israeli ones, can't compete under their own flag.
Russian singers, unlike Israeli singers, will not go to Eurovision.
Russian assets, not Israeli assets, are frozen. Books of Soviet writers are burnt in Ukraine and monuments to writers are destroyed.
...

Do you realise that you are part of the artificially imposed Russophobia?

chance of russia simply attacking the whole land

This is where I had a misunderstanding.

I don't know how the whole of ukraine is, but surely the Poles and Romanians have a chance at the parts of ukraine left after russia)))

Personally, I am already tired of waiting for Russians to free me from the Nazi government, which has locked me up in this country and is looking for me to send me to the front to die for the interests of oligarchs and Zelensky's yacht.
It is better to start all over again on the place of the destroyed house, but in freedom, than to raise children in a Nazi state, where they revere Bandera and wish death to neighbours.

I communicate with residents of the "occupied territories", judging by the difference in the standard of living - it is us here in occupation, not them there! They can travel, they are not caught on the streets, they have cheaper food, fuel and utilities....

nato join of Ukrainian wouldn't be a threat if russia never planned of attacking Ukraine

Nato and the soviet union were enemies long before ukraine existed! The condition for Ukraine's independence was non-aligned status

Because usa commited war crimes russia can do some too ?

Of course not, just don't make Russia the axis of world evil if there are countries with a worse attitude to freedoms.

Take my word for it as a Ukrainian! If Russia had not intervened, we would have first exterminated the population of our two regions, and then we would have attacked Russia ourselves!

I agree with you on this, as i said i support gaza. What happen there isn't normal and USA shouldn't support it.

Well i guess the pro-russian recieve help from russia while the other occupied get less good conditions, the economics sanctions are pretty useless since we still buy gas from russia anyway. And russia have the power to maintain a pretty stable economy though.

Of course not, just don't make Russia the axis of world evil if there are countries with a worse attitude to freedoms.

Maybe usa commited war crimes but it's still a free country, the not free country is russia. Did you see navalny death ? I do think russia government "helped" in his death but yeah we can't be sure about this but anyway the few people who just wanted to light candles and put some flowers for him get arrested and then put in prison and what happen in russian prison isn't something you wanna live. Furthere more russia isn't free country, when you can't express yourself freely. If you can get beaten up in prison for kissing someone same sex or expressing your political oppinon then your country isn't free.

Navalny received a prison sentence for his offences. European observers agreed that he was tried on real charges.
A person who has gone to prison cannot be a threat to the authorities in any country!
Putin does not benefit at all from killing Navalny! It benefits the Americans.

The relatives of American citizen Gonzalo Lira, who was murdered in a Ukrainian prison, must be very moved by the speech of Blinken, Biden and Zelensky, who are shocked by the death of a Russian citizen in a Russian prison))))

Two coincidences, for sure completely random, happened today.

  1. The Munich Security Conference started with the Navalny's death (or just Navalny happened to die exactly on the day of the beginning of the MSC).

  2. Yulia Navalnaya whom the US State Department started calling a widow since 2021, found herself in Munich on the day of her husband's death and on the first day of the MSC with a fully ready-made speech dedicated to Navalny's death.

"Putin and his friends will bear personal responsibility,” she stated from the stage.

And after her long-long speech Navalnaya approached Nancy Pelosi, kissed her and thanked her, smiling. For what?

The wife of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, Stella, accused the West of insincerity in statements regarding Navalny's death
Commenting on British Prime Minister Sunak's words, she said that if he had been honest, the British authorities would have released her husband.

Of course killing people is always bad!
But as far as Ukraine is concerned, the bloodshed will not end until Russia achieves its goals. Your help (from the EU) is only delaying this moment by increasing the number of victims.
After Russia's victory, Ukrainians who did not participate in war crimes will realise who their enemy really was and how much we were deceived by our "western partners".

Fuel prices are rising because someone voluntarily gave up cheap fuel, thinking that by doing so they will do bad things to Russia to their own detriment. But Russia has reoriented its sales, and the EU has not been able to meet its demand at the previous prices.

What did ukraine announce to russia? That it will not prolong the contracts for Russian gas supply to the EU?))))) we will see!

Of course, the FSB will not take responsibility for the murder of its citizens. They want them to be afraid and support Putin, who doesn't seem to be killing them, but loves them. And it is very easy to blame the Ukrainian special services for the peaceful killing of their own people. But there is a nuance: how weak is Russia and its special services if terrorist attacks take place in Russia under the control of Russian special services?
