Hace un año exactamente llegó a mi vida la felicidad en forma pequeñita, emplumada, verde y muy escandalosa. Para mí, al igual que toda mi familia, es un día especial, pues es el primer cumpleaños de nuestro malcriado de la casa, mi amado Pepe.

Exactly one year ago, happiness came into my life in a small, feathered, green and very scandalous way. For me, like my whole family, it's a special day, because it's the first birthday of our brat in the house, my beloved Pepe.

Este día no podíamos dejarlo pasar por debajo de la mesa, así que decidímos realizarle un pequeño compartir, pues Pepe es un integrante más de la familia que merece su celebración y más aún cuando se trata de su primer añito y se le suma el día de la familia.

Le realicé un mini arco de globos muy colorido, para lo cual utilicé globitos miniatura, de los que comunmente usan los niños para jugar carnaval en dicha época, así que debo decir que se me hizo un poco complicado encontrar dichos globitos.

Como yo no sé hacer pasteles, mi mamá se ofreció y realizó un pequeño pastel de vainilla cubierto de merengue italiano de color verde y chispitas de colores. Para darle un toque especial, realicé en foami verde escarchado las letras de su nombre, y con palitos de altura, los coloqué en el pastel.

Estás simples pero significativas cosas las realicé con la ayuda de mi hermosa familia, hechas con el corazón para nuestra hermosa mascota. A pesar de no saber si Pepe tenía alguna idea del porqué estaba el ahí montado sobre el mármol del mesón, rodeado de globitos, con una pastel y todas las personas que conoce sonriéndole y llamándolo para que mirara a la cámara, siento que fue realmente feliz, al igual que nosotros.

These simple but significant things I did with the help of my beautiful family, made with the heart for our beautiful pet.
