Our Trip to the City in a Rainy Day

I want to share our recent trip to the city. 🌞
We usually stay in the city for a day or 2 at least once a month. My daughter's school has a lot of activities, and she doesn't want to miss any of them, so we needed to stay in the city.

It was raining in the morning when we arrived at the port, so we took a Grab car to the hotel. 🍃

While on the way to the hotel, I noticed the colorful balusters and concrete barrier. It continued from the port to the bridge. Even though the weather was gloomy, the city looked beautiful.

And on the other side of the road was colorful street art.

The first thing I checked upon arriving at the hotel was the view outside. But it was still gloomy. We were checked in on the 5th floor.

After unpacking, we went out for lunch. I missed the batchoy and siopao at the classic Dinagyan eatery, so we went there straight. The hot stew was perfect for the rainy and chilly weather.

Quite an ordinary day, but we enjoyed it. 😊
