The One Who Is

I know One who dwells above the stars
Who formed the worlds from nothing.
I know Him who filled the seas.
I know the Hand that formed me.
He made mountains touch the sky.
I know the Smith who hewed
every precious stone.
I know the Creator who knit a companion
from his first born's bone.
And from it formed her very
flesh so they could be as one.
I know this Same
led new creatures to Adam
for their names.
I know the JAH who split the sea,
led Moses on dry land.
I know the only Rain Maker
Who wets the grass with dew.
I know Him and I love Him
I'll share His love with you.

He divided the sea, and caused them to pass through; and he made the waters to stand as an heap.
