Saludos mi gente querida de @ecotrain Qué bonito tema han puesto para definirlo aquí desde varios puntos de vista creo que es una de las preguntas que más se pregunta el ser humano.

• Greetings my dear people of @ecotrain What a nice topic you have put to define it here from several points of view I think it is one of the questions that human beings ask themselves the most.

Creo desde muy joven que haye esta gran pregunta y en el camino de esta búsqueda pude hallar está respuesta, me preguntarán como lo hice. Bueno en mi caso llevaba una vida un poco desordenada y desorientada, buscando eso qué llamamos la espiritualidad, creo que todos pensamos de esta forma seguir buscando y eso es algo que no te deja quieto, hasta que lo logras, lo encuentras y lo haces parte de tu vida.

• I think since I was very young I have been asking myself this great question and on the road of this search I found this answer, you may ask me how I did it. Well, in my case I had a life a little disordered and disoriented, looking for what we call spirituality, I think we all think this way to keep looking and that is something that does not leave you still, until you get it, you find it and make it part of your life.

Mi camino hacia la búsqueda, creo que pase por un sin fín de instituciones que tiene su propia espiritualidad hasta que encontré donde me sentía plenitud.

• On my way to the search, I think I went through countless institutions that have their own spirituality until I found where I felt fulfilled.

Una espiritualidad donde pude profundizar en mi interior y ver qué potencial impacto podría tener con las personas. Encontré unos hábitos dones y virtudes con lo que me haces sentir bien conmigo mismo y con los demás.

• A spirituality where I could go deep inside myself and see what potential impact I could have with people. I found some habits, gifts and virtues that make me feel good about myself and others.

Conecte con el ser supremo a quién llamó Dios o bien puede llamarse energía o el universo pero lo cierto es que me hace sentir en verdadera espiritualidad. Me hizo ser una mejor persona en el camino y aún lo sigue haciendo.

• Connect with the supreme being whom he called God or it can be called energy or the universe but the truth is that it makes me feel in true spirituality. It made me a better person along the way and still does.

La espiritualidad puede tomar muchas formas en tu vida y qué debo o debes estar atento para saberlo, yo lo veo a través del universo el planeta en la flora y en la fauna en la tierra y en el agua en el aire que respiramos y en lo más importante en el ser humano.

• Spirituality can take many forms in your life and what should I or should you be attentive to know, I see it through the universe the planet in the flora and fauna in the land and water in the air we breathe and most importantly in the human being.

La Espiritualidad es un estado de consciencia plena contigo mismo " cuerpo, mente y espíritu" todo está conectado para que puedas evolucionar a un a un nivel más alto. Yo lo llamo la conciencia del amor porque me haces sentir vivo y poder transmitir de una manera más sencilla la espiritualidad a las personas.

• Spirituality is a state of full consciousness with yourself "body, mind and spirit" everything is connected so you can evolve to a higher level. I call it the consciousness of love because it makes me feel alive and to be able to transmit in a simpler way the spirituality to people.

Este estado de conciencia me a llevado a tener buenas acciones, como el ser solidario, respetuoso, amable, cordial, buen amigo, contemplador de la naturaleza, buen hijo, buen esposo. Y así vivo mi espiritualidad.

• This state of consciousness has led me to have good actions, such as being supportive, respectful, kind, cordial, a good friend, a contemplator of nature, a good son, a good husband. And this is how I live my spirituality.

Espero que les allá encantado mi pensamiento en este tema porque me encanta, sin más nada que decir me despido y gracias por tomarte el tiempo de leerme un saludo fraterno para todos.
