Is Tarsa still viable in Gold League today?

The Battle

My opponent didn't have max-leveled Gold League monsters, but he had Gold League abilities - Rust, True Strike, Repair, and the massive Level 3 Uriel.

I was forced to use Tarsa because she is the only Gold League summoner I rented.

To be honest, I didn't have much expectations from the battle.
