A deeper dive in to my community pour chest: a competition win like no other...

So were back to the "community pour" chest! For all of you that have taken the time to read this blog, but have no idea what a community pour chest is, its my little box of silver that contains all the silver made by fellow silver stackers ive crossed paths with iver the years.

Every time i buy a new piece of hand poured silver, i add it to the chest. I say "buy", but thats not always the case!! Sometimes, when ive been lucky, i have also won an ounce or two over the years. This next piece of silver is a competition win i was fortunate enough to be chosen for over 4yrs ago.

I did some digging through the back catalogue AG Ender, and managed to find the giveaway video he posted. The years haven't been kind to my memory, and i cant even remember last week, let alone all those years ago, but i am pretty sure it was towards the start of my silver stacking journey.

This is the 1.5oz lightning bar i was lucky enough to get my hands on. It came in its own velvet bag, with a COA and his business card. I still have all that tucked away in the safe, I just keep the expensive silver laying around for the kids to play with.

At the time, i was just in to buying 1oz pandas, kookaburras and britannias, so to hold somthing a little bit heavier and an odd shape was new to me. There really is a noticeable difference in weight between regular 1oz coins and this 1.5oz bar.

Im pretty sure this is a one-off too!! Theres no cereal number and ive never seen one like it since, so to say im the only person to have an AG Ender, 1 & a 1/2 ounce lightning bar is pretty cool.

Ok.... ok.... what the fuck was that?? Its like i was watching an awesome movie trailer! Now as much as i loved that skull and cross bones pour, im just going to say that the table top was by far my favourite thing. How do i go about getting on that table?

Oh this was back in 2016 when I was collecting poured pirate themed silver on top of my regular stacking and thus the Bloody Raven was born. There wasn't a lot then than there is now. But it is my old YouTube pirate shtick.

I still have a second Tactical treasure map I have neglected since Ray Brockman ceased pouring his bullion. Anyone else pouring Pirate silver you know?

Always nice to put away all the "important" parts......
The kids years from now, won't even know why they are driving to the LCS.....
They will just hand over their fiat, and walk away with shiny, and a smile!😇

I suppose that the "metal paperweight" won't work for your silver order...🙃
