My Actifit Report Card: July 24 2020
After spending the day stuck at my microscope in work, I decided that I needed a way to get some much deserved extra steps in. Simply because by mid afternoon I had barely made 2000 steps, and in order to try and keep my weightloss on track, a quick burst and an extra few thousand steps was definitely called for.
This meant packing the family in the car and heading to a local "petting zoo/farm" only a few miles away.
1/2pint was over the moon, and even 1/4pint enjoyed being pushed around in her pram
So a quick walk to burn some extra calories, see some animals and it was time to get home for dinner.
