My Actifit Report Card: July 1 2026
Greetings my friends
Happy wednesday athletes and advocates of a healthy lifestyle! We’re staying active with this DApp, ACTIFIT, for our physical and mental well-being.
Today I went out for a walk to clear my mind, since the country is in the midst of a tragedy due to the earthquake last Wednesday, June 24. I’m grateful that my city, Cumaná, wasn’t affected—there was no damage, and we only felt a slight tremor.
But watching the news and seeing so much devastation has left me feeling sad; the death toll has surpassed 5,000, and so many people have lost everything. Today I wanted to go out and walk around a lot, do some shopping. When I went out, I saw the bright sun and many animals grazing on the grass.
I got distracted and didn’t spend much time watching the news, but the truth is that every night I’m praying for this very difficult situation. With my family, we light white candles, set up a bonfire, place flowers, and play Christian music, praying for all those souls and that evil will end and new hope will come.

Hoy salí a una caminata y despejar mi mente pues el país está en tragedia, a causa del terremoto del pasado miércoles 24/06 agradecida porque en mi ciudad de Cumaná no afecto, pues no hubo daños, solo sentimos el temblor leve, pero mirando las noticias y viendo tanto desastre me tiene el alma triste, la cifra de fallecidos pasan de los 5 mil, y gente que perdieron todo, hoy quise salir y dar muchas vueltas, algunas compras, al salir vi el sol radiante y muchos animales comiendo del pasto, me distraje y no estuve mirando muchas noticias, pero lo cierto que todas las noches estoy en oración por esta situación tan difícil, con mi familia, encendemos velas blancas, colocamos incendio, flores y música cristiana, pidiendo por todas esas almas y que se acabe la maldad y llega una nueva esperanza. Me sentí mucho mejor con mi actividad fisica. Espero que el mes de Julio me traiga más alegrías que quejas. Hasta aquí, mis amigos aventureros de Actifit.
