An organization that unlike big corporations and governments is decentralized and is collectively owned via an alogrithim that is preset in the form of a smart contract. In simple terms a collective or a co-operative on blockchain like ecosystems.

DAOs are fast changing the way we work both offline and online. It may not be far when governments and even states themselves will incorporate elements of a DAO in them, since centralization and exessive concentration of power and resources in a few hands is unfair. This makes working in DAO or a DAC an extremly lucrative career.

○ Networking: A very important thing to do, if you want a good job anywhere, more so in a DAO.

○ Establish your goals: DAOs are mission driven. Your passion and expertise in a particular area will help you a lot.
